Pizza Hut

I read the reviews and figured I would try it out anyway, due to it being down the street. The staff is friendly and they made my pie exactly the way I asked for it, extra sauce light cheese. I will go back again.

I won’t rate any star cause they simply don’t deserve it (must rate at least one to post :/​). I specifically asked for one sauce & made it clear that it was my only choice. Instead of calling me to inform me that they «did not have it» the woman who took my order had the nerve to charge my card then stated «oh, I forgot to tell you, We do not have HS sauce» And has the nerve to be mad at the customer for asking for a refund! I should’ve followed my 1^st mind & ordered from another location (hence the low ratings). ALWAYS CHOOSE ANY OTHER LOCATION, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ON POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! :(

I have ordered from this location for delivery several times with no problems. This time I had a coupon I wanted to use so I placed an online order with my coupon. The location called me and said that my credit card was declined and my only option was to reorder at full price. The worst customer service ever!

They don’t deliver to your door and when they arrive they tell you to come out and get it from their car!!! I guess since the tip is already included in the charge they don’t care .Not ordering again from here again! lazy drivers !!!

I’m currently on pizza huts website and they’re advertising a deal if you order 2 or more pizza it’s $ 5 each… The 3 location closest to me isn’t apart of the promotion. I called 2 stores and they are selling the 2 or more pizza for $ 7.99. Each employee only said sorry. How inconvenient‍

This Pizza Hut location is pathetic! On a Saturday night I ordered a small gluten free pepperoni pizza, delivery was estimated at 45 minutes. It took literally an hour and 15 minutes to arrive. I open the box and I find cold, hard pizza, smh no wonder the delivery guy ran away so fast. I will never order from this location again, ever. I’ve never seen a delivery pizza look that bad.

This is the closest Pizza Hut to my house and I’ve actually come to the location because delivery fees for pizza franchises are ridiculous.
The pizza has always been decently made so basically at par with every other location.
My only qualm is that this location seems to always forget a topping or a sauce. Luckily those toppings are free and not the toppings I had paid for.

I hate the fact that this Pizza Hut doesn’t deliver to my neighborhood-​safety concerns. Well… Domino’s does. Just saying. I called before arriving and I asked the guy what the specials were for 1 med pizza. He told me all the specials with LG pizzas. No thanks. So I asked what a med pizza with 3 toppings cost, he said «$ 9.99 just cheese…$ 1.25 extra toppings.» So I had to do the math for him. Btw, $ 1 each extra topping on a MED.

this is the worst resturant, I placed a online order with debit the driver showed up for cash, I called the manager, made no acknowledge of assisting with the order, I would have paid cash the driver took the food back when I called the manager had a don’t care attidude never Oder from this restuarent ever

Order pizza for delivery and time for deliver was 1 hour… I’m less than 2 miles away…
I order 2 orders of chicken wings and I specifically asked for extra ranch sauce and they only gave me 1 ranch sauce for 24 wings… Come on. I don’t mind paying extra but just try to satisfied the customer with going the little extra mile… I don’t think I will ever order from this place.
This is the 3^rd time to be disappointed with the way they handle customers.

Just moved in the area and didn’t know there was a Pizza Hut on Leimert Ave. I picked up some pizzas after ordering online. Normally when I order online, by the time I get there they are ready. That was not the case here. I waited approx 10 minutes more from the time I arrived. What made everything better was that there was no more dough for medium pizzas, so they gave me large ones (score!). Ambiance was good and the service was great. Will be coming back.

I patronize this Pizza alot. They are pretty consistent on my pizza and wings. I usally call my order in on the phone and its ready in about 20 minutes.
Pizza is always hot, fresh and tasty. Deep dish ! Those bone in wings though are marvelous, honey barbecue are the best. So good and addictive. The sauce is always just right.
Only thing I don’t like us that done deliver to my neighborhood. I feel if you can have your business in my neighborhood and make money than you should deliver to their door.

So I decided to try ordering using the app on my iPhone for the first time and everything was smooth with the order and the charge.
The delivery was another story… The driver called me to meet him at the guard gate (I live in a gated community) to pick up my pizza, cinnamon sticks and two Liter Pepsi. I was appalled. What is the purpose of delivery if you um don’t deliver?
I ask him to ask the guard for directions to my unit and the driver insists that they don’t deliver in my complex. I question how is it that your website can take my money and my order and expect me to drive from my front door to the guard gate to pick up my food? If I wanted to take a drive for pizza I would have, this is why I ordered delivery.
I get in my car in my PJ’s and drive to the guard gate. The guy is sitting in his car, no car logo or advertisement on the roof of his vehicle. I look in the window and happen to see the logo on his shirt. He asks me for my credit card and I explain he would need to follow me to my door to get it as I left home and drove to the gate without my purse. Being hrs my meal was already paid for and I was the only one calling him on his cell visibly standing outside his vehicle, what would I need my card for? I was so upset I signed the receipt and took my pizza and got in my car and drove approximately 300 feet back to my unit.
I then call the restaurant that the driver was dispatched from and the manager explains to me that some of his drivers refuse to serve my neighborhood. I explain what happened and why I am calling and he says he is sorry about that. While speaking to the manager I realize that I didn’t get my Pepsi with my order. The manager says he will credit me $ 15 of my $ 19 order on my next visit using my phone number and will dispatch another driver to my house to deliver the soda.
Some time passes and I get a call that the driver is at the gate, I ask him to ask the guard for directions to my unit and he places me on hold. Eventually I call the store back again and ask to speak with the manager and they put me on hold (probably hoping I would give up and hang up) but I wait. When the manager finally answers, he tells me that he dispatched another driver and he thought I would meet the driver at the same place that the previous driver met me??? ARE YOU SERIOUS???
So now I’m going to get in my car in my PJ’s and go to the restaurant to get my Pepsi.
I will go out of my way to never order from this restaurant again because they falsely advertise delivery and the service was terrible. The driver seemed to lack the ability to understand what I asked when he initially called and lack the ability to communicate effectively.

If you live anywhere west of Crenshaw Blvd they do not deliver to your house so if you live in baldwin hills, view park or the jungles forget about it. They would get more stars but hey they’re more concerned about getting robbed so that’s on them but you lose business like that. But on the bright side dominos deliver over in that area so if you want a delivery just order you some dominos.

They won’t deliver within less than a mile for safety reasons? I guess in corporate America it is still 1992 and wild people are car jacking people left and right. There have been more major violent incidents on the West Side of Los Angeles than near me within the last 12 months.

Ordered here twice. Once on the phone and once using the Pizza Hut app. both times The pizza/​wings were ready and waiting for me when I got to the restaurant. It smells very good in here, but there are only 2 – 3 tables so it’s definitely a delivery location. I don’t usually order my pizza delivered (i’d rather go and pick it up so my car smells good), so I don’t know how the deliveries stack up.
The pizza here is standard Pizza Hut. I ordered a small order of wings and a medium sausage/​green pepper pizza. The wings were great but very lazily tossed in the bbq sauce. it was mostly on the wrapper and not really on the wings. Clear areas of blank coating on the chicken. I don’t technically have a problem with that since it’s still chicken, but it would be nice to have them tossed correctly. That’s why I take a star off. Other than that this is a great location for me and I’ll be ordering using the app again!

I live less than a mile from here and for whatever reason they refuse to deliver to my house however will deliver one block over. I would rather suffer with dominos pizza than to give you guys my money.

The pizzas are always super tasty. They dont skimp on toppings and they come hot. The boneless chicken wings are the bomb. They are a bit expensive but the 10 dollar anything on it pizza makes up for it.
I literally can’t stand Dominoes they always disappoint me. There is no Papa Johns in my hood and Round Table is far as hell But no lie I love that place. Pizza is not something I order alot but I love a good slice.

Found Hair in my pizza at this location… Nuf said. Will never buy food here again!
