Really regret signing a lease here. Building and Units look nice superficially, but after you’ve lived there for a week you can see it’s just a façade. Appliances are modern and mid-​range, but build quality of the units is terrible: Floors warping/​boards cracking, particle board counters with a thin layer of plastic on top, VERY thin walls.
Anyway, all of that would be forgiven if it weren’t for how GOD AWFUL the employees are. The building managers live on site and seem cool and friendly until you sign the lease. Then you’ll never hear from them again. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a rude two line email response saying they can’t help with whatever you’re asking about, and that you’ll have to take care of it yourself. The people from Wiseman Residential are even worse.
Don’t be fooled by the below-​average rents and the shiny new veneer: this place is a s***hole.
