pretty good place, know some friends that went here and came out pretty nice!

For the longest time, I thought this place was pretty decent considering it’s $ 20 for a hair cut. It’s a place to go for the typical razor Korean haircut. However, you also have to take into consideration that all the «stylist» are middle aged Korean women! so. how much style can they have rite?
I haven’t had a bad experience until the last time I went. i went in for a trim, and came out with NAPPY ASS HAIR! i hated it!
I’m normally not the one to complain, cuz hair grows, but this time, I was really trying to grow out my hair, and she chopped it off!
Not only did she ruin my hair, she messed up my bangs! i wanted a side sweep but she cut it down the middle. HELLO?! i have a short forehead, why the hell would I want bangs???
I knew this was gonna go bad when she didn’t dry my hair all the way and started to iron it! my hair started sizzling from the IRON! hello??? time to stop anyone???
Not only that, when i went home, i noticed my hair was uneven and I had to go back for her to fix it. but by her fixing it meant that it was cut even shorter!
basically, you get what you pay for. $ 20 for a hair cut… it’s up to you.

Wow, I am constantly amazed every time I drive by here that this miserable place is still in business.
Several years ago, when magic straight perms became really popular, I went in for my second magic perm from the owner of the place. To make a long story short, she literally burned my hair. BURNT TO A CRISP! My long hair just became this frizzed out, split-​end infested, crispy curly bush on top of my head.
I was mortified, but the owner kept feeding me hope because she didn’t want to accept that she had fucked up my hair. I was young and really naïve then and really wanted to believe that my hair hadn’t damaged beyond repair. She asked to be paid fully for the work (which I stupidly did, URGH!) and she sent me home.
After deep conditioning, trimming and crying, my hair didn’t recover. I should have gone to the health department or consumer bureau and report her dumb ass. The damage to my hair was so bad… it caused me so much distress and I was depressed for a long time, until my hair grew back.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, do not go here. You will regret it, she doesn’t know what she’s doing.
