Great food! Only one suggestion, I thought they were 100% vegan, it wasn’t until after I ordered before I paid did I hear they had chicken or steak to add to any meal. Wish they would say that right away. Friendly people and the location has a great vibe.

Wanderlust is a yoga and meditation space. And, there’s a café. That part is open to the general public. As you might expect, the menu is centered around seasonal and organic vegetables. But, what’s this? They also have meat! You can add salmon, chicken or steak to any of their bowls and salads. I didn’t initially notice this. The person taking my order asked me if I wanted to add it to my FORBIDDENBLACKRICE dish so of course I said yes. This being a healthy place, I assumed that the portions would be minuscule, but out came my plate with a generous amount of black rice topped with coconut shavings, two large pieces of roasted royal trumpet mushrooms, bok choy and steak. It was all fantastic. I’ve never had these mushrooms before. The steak was amazing. How unexpected that that this place would know how to prepare steak better than places with a heavier lean towards animal. It was so much food I actually had leftovers. I also ordered the ABIGAIL’S OVERNIGHTCHAILATTE which was so good! There’s seating inside, but the outdoor patio is such a peaceful, beautiful space. That’s really where you want to be. You order/pay at the counter and they’ll bring everything to you. There’s a Brita Hydration Station for water. We walked over from Hollywood/Highland(about 10 min).

This was a take and go place. A bit overpriced. I had the muesli cup. It came with granola and a few berries. Sad that their juices and smoothies were not fresh so passed on that. For two of us we had two breakfast cups and one juice for $ 25! Better if all would be made fresh. And for a Saturday morning there was no one there.

My new favorite spot for a light meal. I had the avocado toast which has a nice grilled flavor and is topped with veggies full of flavor and color. My smoothie was yummy as well. So cool that they have hemp milk! I’ll for sure be back.

Avocado Toast! Yummy organic salads with line caught salmon. The chocolate moose! The farm to table aesthetic is in full effect. I’m so glad there’s finally a dope restaurant with quality organic food close to work. This is my new go to!

Sat indoors cus it was WAY hot outside. The patio looks nice and I’ll definitely be back to chill there. the black rice with coconut was ok. texture was nice, i needed something more though, so a dash of siracha will always make anything more tasty. Had it with Chicken, its a bit too blackened for my taste, but my friend’s salmon looked nice. there were a few flies inside the dining area, so that was distracting. stools have no backs so its not super comfortable to sit indoors. Their«cleanse» drink was delicious and so was the mint chia lemonade… there’s more to it but i cant remember. Service was very sweet. Parking is $ 3 with validation, only valet, in the back.

I like the earthy, hippie yoga vibe here. The inside has a few small tables and outside there’s a nice covered patio. The café also has a bunch of vegan baked goods. I wasn’t as impressed with the food. They only have bagged teas(no loose leaf), and their coffee wasn’t great. They also don’t have homemade almond or nut milks, which is weird given they’re a high brow yoga studio with a café. Nut milks are not hard to make in-house. The seasonal food menu has some vegan options, none of which looked that interesting, especially given the prices($ 12 for a rice bowl?). Also, given that this is a hippie yoga spot, you’d think the menu would be entirely vegan, but it’s not: it has eggs, bacon and fish. All well and good, but a definite mismatch with the clientele. The menu also doesn’t fit the casual, «hit the yoga mat and grab a smoothie afterward» vibe. The baked goods all come from the Ridiculous Baking Company(think muffins, croissants and maybe a brownie). Some are also gluten-free. I like the variety. Sitting inside isn’t as nice as outside. Inside there’s a lot of movement from the yoga-goers shuffling in and out; also, there’s some type of industrial kitchen equipment that emits a loud and frightening buzzing noise every 5 minutes or so. Wanderlust isn’t bad, but isn’t great. If it added more vegan food items, got loose leaf tea and made its own vegan milks, it would be at the cutting-edge.

I came here all the time when it was Golden Bridge and the Nite Moon Café. I loved it then and miss the place so much. I heard the food was pretty good and they were open for lunch and since I work down the street and love delicious healthy food, I had to try it. I ordered the Salmon with the Kale Caesar Salad and it was very good but the portion was pretty small for $ 17. Also, the service needs some improvement. It took a while for the food to come out and I didn’t get the water I asked for. When I went up to the girl at the register to ask for water, she gave me a little attitude and said, «Give me a minute». Then I find out there’s a pitcher of water to serve yourself. Why couldn’t she just point me in the direction of the water? It was a pretty hot day. If the staff was nicer and more attentive, I would’ve been back sooner rather than later.

The food here is delicious. Really interesting combinations, and all organic and local. The atmosphere is equally wonderful – intimate, relaxing, and the wait staff is friendly and helpful. I wish I lived closer because I really loved this café.

Wanderlust Café has a great variety of delicious and healthy entrees, appetizers and snacks! I love the Fig and Jamon toasts, and the Avocado Toast. Anything you order can be made Vegan or Vegetarian. Great selection of kombuchas, pressed juices and house special tonics and beverages!

Awesome! I had a great breakfast on the patio and read a book. Lorraine made my experience special with her positive energy. She is just all around awesome. Everyone at Wanderlust is awesome! Lorna and Helen made my visit extra special. The avocado toast is delicious! I highly recommend visiting. Especially in the morning. The coffee is excellent. Tom’s coffee is so good, even without sugar. I had a yummy latte also. The prices are great. I will definitely be back.
