Staff not courteous in particular. Not necessarily rude but definitely this stores strength is in what they carry.
Prices are competitive. Within certain niche markets within the smoke shop arena they carry extremely unique things. Whomever the buyer is is one of the best in LA.
You’ll have to know your stuff though as they won’t lead you into information regarding items. They’re not discreet on the credit card billing statement unlike other stores which just have the name they state «smoke shop» in the charge. Not a good look for family.
They certainly don’t act like they need business but with the stock they carry and the years they’ve been around obviously they have their strengths. It’s too bad though because they could increase their profit margin not just with being nice, but overall general brand presence in and around hollywood. At the end of the day this is stocked in a highest tier, more people should know.

Do not sleep on this shop! Went in and had him help me pick out a vaporizer, expecting typical Hollywood Tourist prices only to have my jaw dropped. He sold me a vape pen for less than what the company sells it for online. I only know this because the instructions were vague and I was a first time user so I googled when i got home, not some lame sales pitch! Plus, when I got home and promptly broke the wire that connected the battery to the heating coil, I called him to explain what happened and he told me to just come on back and he’d fix it up. Drove there, he replaced the part, had a few laughs and I left, NO CHARGE! Finally, a smoke shop that cares about its customers, not tourist $$$.

I live in the USC area and make the drive all the way to Spice Company for the friendly, informative and personal service. I recently lost a rare piece to my valued vaporizer and had no problem replacing it at Spice, whereas no other smoke shop in LA was capable of providing a simple cord.

let’s face it. it’s great having a smoke shop open until midnight that’s not in a shady neighborhood like the shops on hollywood boulevard between highland and cahuenga. all the items are reasonably priced and great high end glass pipe selection. the staff is friendly and well informed. there are so many hot girls in the neighborhood too just coming in to check the store out which in turn made me check out other items longer ;-) this place is amazing, go check it out.

Called late one evening to see if they carried incense, which they do. Open till midnight so I dropped by to check it out. Besides the usual Nag Champa, they had probably 3 or 4 dozen more scents to choose from. $ 1.75 for 10 sticks and I think the box Nag Champa was about $ 2. I also got a nice, handmade (in India) holder for incense which also catches the ashes. The items I got will make a great gift and service was very laid back and friendly.

A fantastic shop!!! They have a unique selection at inexpensive prices. I was so happy to not only find pipes (ALL different kinds ;)), but some really cute hookahs as well as yummy smelling incense oil. The vanilla is to die for! There is even free parking in the back, which if you know Hollywood is super rare. I find it funny how uninformed people complain about the lack of spice when that was when it was during the time when it was banned from the market because the companies that make it were changing the formula, taking the dangerous chemicals out. The shop of course sells the safe and effective new spice. I found the customer service to be some of the best I’ve seen in a long time. With the employee actually knowing not only the product but able to make helpful suggestions as well. I will definitively be coming back for all my smoking needs. I highly recommend this shop!

What a little joy on Sunset. This shop offers limited but interesting accessories to include very inexpensive pipes, an adorable flask and spice/​herbal incense (Nuggz) that is quite wonderful! Well located with parking in the back, this has become a favorite when we visit the West Coast. Prices are inexpensive as compared to NYC!
