Long overdue review, but wanted to write it after wearing the shoes for awhile. First off, the store is very nice and there’s a large selection of potential sample shoes, leather, designs etc that can give you ideas about what you want. I opted for a pair of Oxfords in The Adam style, and decided to get Cognac suede leather since the color looked awesome and I didn’t have a pair of shoes in suede. After the selection, and scan, comes the hardest part. The wait. It was about 6 weeks or so, but not unexpected for custom shoes and when you see the tracking information it’s coming from Europe. Shoes are great, look spectacular, and fit perfect. The only thing I’d say is that you do have to break in the leather the first few wears, but after that the fit really is top notch. Surprisingly and insanely better than any off the shelf shoes you could buy.

Top Notch Service. 3D scanner? Yes, please! Did not have any issues with the order at all. If you are into high end /custom shoes that not only look good but are actually made for your feet please give this place a try. I was a random walk in and now I am a customer for life. Cheers.

Pro — The service is first rate. Very relaxing environment with employees who do not pressure you to buy. Enjoy a glass of wine and peruse their selection. Materials and craftsmanship seem first rate and prices are reasonable for a custom made product. The 3D scan is a unique experience and they let you view the scan of your feet. The salesperson indicated I had a very standard sized foot so I don’t know if the scan will make that much of a difference. Con — I purchased in June and have yet to receive my shoes by the end of September. Their lone email update indicated«end of September» but when that date arrived I still had to call them to find out it would be more like late October. I understand their manufacturing facility in Portugal was closed for August, but even without a month break, I would hope their business model would be faster and at least communicate delays in a better manner.
