Woke up on Saturday morning and went for a walk. I then decided to go for a a hot tea, end buy some tea for home. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Jasmine who was super cherry. She was super energetic and had the kind of attitude ones needs early in the morning. I told her I was looking for some green tea and she was kind enough to recommend some for me. Jasmine let me smell a few teas and Janice (Jasmine’s coworker) even gave me a sample of an iced green tea. Long story short (jaja) I walked out with my warm tea to soothe the soul and an iced green tea for home. The girls were super attentive and had the best attitude. My tea was good and service was fantastic.

DeLISH Dutch Choco-​Powder That Is Sugar-​Free /​Fat-​Free!

For me the BIGGEST advantage of coming to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (Coffee Bean) is that their Dutch Sugar-​Free /​Fat-​Free Chocolate Powder is my Go-​To for any chocolate drink — including my mochas — from now on.
THE SETUP
I have to give props for my awesome colleagues Staci & Jana who first made me aware of this Coffee Bean store since I had not been aware of it since I always hit the Starbucks near our Southern HQ.
Coffee Bean has a great house brew that is nice to get to mix it up a bit from my usual morning Starbucks Blonde Roast rut.
For the record, I prefer hitting the indie coffee houses in the evening for iced tea, but Coffee Bean and Starbucks have the brand-​loyalty from we business class professionals for consistent coffee deliveries, and online ordering conveniences, to say nothing of their loyalty programs.
THE LOWDOWN
Coffee Bean wins the Chocolate powder category from me.

For over eight years, I’ve enjoyed a «Café con Leche «(½ & ½). Nimo, Nemecio and the Bean Team make a delicious brew. Another outstanding drink is Chocolate con Leche and they use real chocolate Abuelita.

This coffee bean is great! I’ve had all good run-in’s with employees… The drinks are great as well. The seasonal cookie butter latte’ is great. Although I don’t want to compare to Starbucks, I wish they were open as early as them! Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

I’ve seen the same employees work here for years so you know they’re not fucking shit up. I prefer their drinks over Starbucks any day. A lotta cops come here bc of the nearby courthouse and sheriff’s station. Fuck the police!

Wi-​fi intermittent. Service good. Disconnect between the employees because if one takes your order, he comes back confirming it after giving you something wrong, then you have to correct him again. If he just asked the guy who took my order, or perhaps they communicated what the order was to each other, it wouldn’t need my repeat order.
The food and drinks are great, however. A little disjointed, imho, as I’m a huge Coffee Bean addict, I buy the $ 25 replenished cards everytime I run low. I’m a regular. No Starbucks for me, I need real tea.

This is my go to Coffee Bean! I have been to a couple, but we keep coming back to this one. The staff is excellent. Super friendly, quick, and are always hustling behind the counter. The drinks are always good and the food is always fresh.
Since I pretty much order the same item, they know what I like and they are quick to get it done, sometimes before I have even ordered.
There is a reason why I keep coming back to this one. It is the STAFF! Thank you.

Do not come here study here! The Wi-​Fi is «ALWAYS» slow!!! There are only 3 electrical outlet 1 electric outlet is next to the restroom. Do not let them tell you it only slow today its always slow.

Good job guys. Good representative of big chain coffee shops. The guys working there cleaning all the time, do their job right on time and are kind. Their boss must be very happy. Nice place. The only thing they can do better is to put more power plugs .i would like to see more cleaning at the restrooms. Is respect for the costumer

This is one of the friendliest Coffee Beans I’ve been to! The employees are nice and friendly, the service is fast… and the drinks are always great. I come here at least once a week and I’m always greeted by friendly staff.
If you are an ELAC student like me, this is the best place to study, do homework while sipping on a delicious Ice Blended.

Medium sized but clean coffee shop. Plenty of places to sit. Recently offering free wifi which has made this spotter popular than ever. I normally only get read so can’t comment on their speciality coffee making abilities, but the staff is always friendly.
I’d recommend this place.

This is a great Coffee Bean location! The employees are all wonderful. And there’s almond coconut milk! Yay!
There is plenty of room in the store, and outside where there are tables and chairs. It’s especially nice outside on a cool morning.
I sometimes come here to get an iced coffee (and a refill or two) and work. I’m about to compliment the bathroom, which may be weird, but when you have two or three iced coffees in less than three hours, you’ll likely need the restroom. ;) It’s a single bathroom with a key required. If the key’s there, you know the bathroom is free, otherwise I know to wait. And it’s always clean and well-​stocked.

I like this location. I’m partial to the one in DTLA (5th & Grand) because they have the best tasting teas compared to any other CBTL I’ve tried.
Anyhow, the service was decent. It wasn’t as solid as DTLA — I wasn’t greeted when I walked in — two employees were chatting and one had to nudge the other to stop talking and help me. *side eye*. They also don’t have the rewards card/​app program there so I wasn’t able to rack up points from my purchase. Bummer.
It’s a good location, parking is ample and of course, free wi-​fi. I’d return when in the area since I hate Starbucks.
