Subway

This location proves that excellence can be done easily. Nestled in an LA Classic mini mall between a Sprint and a Korean BBQ, a stone’s throw away from ⁷⁄₁₁ and Ross on Sunset Blvd. this place is always clean. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh and clean and staff accommodates personalized choices. Bravo to management!

I am done with this subway. Last time I was here, the dude working had an attitude and was rude because I didn’t understand what a chopped salad was, and rushed me out. Ok, we all have bad days, I get it. This time I walk in, another employee says «we don’t have any bread, we’ve been busy». uh, busy doing what? I’m the only person in here, and you’re subway, you make sandwiches. Sandwiches need bread. Do better.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but here it goes. I have NEVER been treated so poorly at a place where I am spending my money. Last night, my boyfriend and I went in to get subs around 11pm. We walk in and Jauna goes to take our order. No smile, just an angry look on her face. As we go to tell her what we’d like she gives us attitude about it, especially about how I asked for my sauce on the side. I understand it’s a bit more work, but I do know it’s not that hard to grab a to go cup and put some sauce in there. Anyway, as we go to cash out she’s still being painfully rude about everything.
We get home and to my surprise there is no sauce in the bag. Okay, no problem. I’ll just swing back in, it’s less than a mile away. At this point I’m peeved, but I still manage to not be rude when I walk back in. I get up to the counter and the MANAGER comes over and asks what I need. I just tell her I came back for a side of southwest chipotle. She starts getting it and that’s when Juana looks at her funny. The manager says something (I didn’t hear) and Juana goes“are you serious?” with a major tone and then gives me a dirty look. The manager then takes the sauce and sets in up on the top of the glass without saying anything. I said thank you even though I was so mad and got absolutely no response. As someone who works as a server, I would never dream of being that rude to someone.
When I try to call to speak to a general manager, the phone line is busy. Not a place I will ever go again. Thankfully there is another branch open 24 hours down the road in my house.

Standard Subway, generally have a good experience but the line is usually at least 4 or 5 deep so takes 10 – 15 minutes to get in/​get out. The employees almost always have a better-​than-​most attitude and are great about the «Subway welcome» and are generous with pleases/​thank yous/​have a nice days.

Very good place if you need a quick snack good fast service and cleanliness all polite.

So this is what I found in my sandwich never again will I go back to this location. Thanks you young Hispanic man for not noticing this. Didn’t catch your name but it wasn’t Richard, looked more awake than most.

One of the worse subways I have ever seen. Dirty inside. If you want to have a late night sandwich with homeless people sitting at the tables sleeping, then go here. I can’t believe the owners allow thos. Or even the subway franchise

I usually come in this place after work but it’s become a homeless shelter. The empty tables at night are filled with gross homeless people with their stuff laid out over tables. It’s unsanitary and disgusting. Would I like for here or to go? To go !!! Gross !!

I work right in the area and I have to say this is always a go to when it comes to a quick lunch. I have to say yes it is Subway but it is consistent and good every time. Hollywood can be tricky when it comes to eating. If you need to get a quick bite to eat you can always rely on this subway. Plus the staff is starting to know my order, this is always a plus

When you ask a question you expect to get an answer. I had to ask 3 times what kind of bread the the bmt breakfast sandwich comes in to make sure it’s the same one I had before, flat bread. The worker keeps laughing «it doesn’t matter what kind of bread you want.» You can choose any bread you want.” No kidding! Moron was on drugs he kept laughing for no reason. He had no idea what the heck i was talking about he kept asking me what size bread Wow! Anyway I got brocoli soup. I don’t see any brocoli in this soup!

How did this subway get so many good reviews? Cause they are hardworking, great attitude and all around go above a standard fast food joint. You have to pick between the 50 subways in a 1 mile radius, I would say go here.

Stale bread! Stale cookies! Waste of money i expect fresh food from a 24/​hr subway. The outer later of the bread was crumbling off so i went back and asked them to switch it out. But the next sandwich was just as stale. I dont want to be one of those reviews that goes on and on my point is dont waste your money.

Great Subway! This subway is located on sunset. I will first start by saying that the location is a hit or miss with some. As for me… I wish I could take this subway and maybe stick it in another area. This location on the outside is very dirty and there are too many bums in the area. Every time I come there are at least three. Sometimes they don’t bother you, other times they are asking for change. The area is also the dirty and does not look good at all on the outside. If you can get past dirty Hollywood to walk in, you will be okay.
As soon as you walk up to this location the windows are clean which is refreshing because the area is not. As you are walking in there are employees waiting to greet you, and whenever I come here they are always pleasant to me no matter what time of day it is (they are open 24 hours). The inside is really clean and I can tell that they clean often because it always smells fresh and clean in this location.
The food is always good nothing taste old everything always taste fresh and good. As for the food it is just like any other GOOD subway, but I like this location because all of the employees are nice and the restaurant is clean and neat.

Everyone is so positive, great teamwork, they are always laughing and giving us the costumers smiles. I love that they yell «Welcome to Subway!» makes me feel so welcomed. Exquisite Subway indeed!

Decent subway, makes good sandwiches. But sometimes they take forever to get your sandwich to you which can be a problem if you’re on your lunch, so knocking off two stars.
No complaints otherwise.

It’s a Subway, what’s to review? I know… I know… But at the same time, this subway consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty.
They don’t look at me funny anymore when I tell them to put my veggies on before they toast it (big Philly lovers know what i’m talkin’ about).
95% of the staff is super personable. Of course a couple still screw up on the sandwiches, but hey… That’s why perfect is so desirable. (because no one has gotten there)
This particular subway is a little more generous with. its portions than the others, but I don’t know if that is because they know, or that’s just how they roll.
I try to broaden my horizons (as much as you can within a subway) and tend to bounce all over the menu… But so far, its the people that keep me coming back to this particular subway.

This Subway is a little strange.
The food was fine, but the servers were in such a hurry (like they were being timed, and they had to put together a sandwich in under 30 seconds… seriously). They were practically yelling «lettuce tomato? LETTUCE TOMATO???» «what kind of dressing? WHAT KIND OF DRESSING!!!» I am a fast-​moving, fast-​responding person, and they were freaking me out.
Also, while I was there a man was trying to buy a $ 100 gift card with some stolen credit cards. He said he’d «be right back» to get his wallet from the car, and never returned, leaving a footlong sandwich behind.

Typical Subway. $ 5 sandwiches, soda fountain on the outside of the counter so you can reload your 200 calorie soda 4 times before you leave and still consider it a «healthy» option. HUGE parking lot. The night crew rocks! :)
