We just bought a home in Toluca Lake and decided to remodel downsizing from a home of 5570 square feet to the new home of 2406 square feet is not easy and time was a big concern. I found Martin Mervel on a architecture site he immediately contacted me and a meeting was set. Martin worked every day and within 3 weeks I had a complete set working drawings with structural drawings and together we went to the building department for my permits which were granted over the counter. Martin gave us what we wanted was a great listener to our ideas. My house is now complete and it looks great. I would definitely use Martin again and I highly recommend him.

Martin was the architect on the renovation of our home in Calabasas. His ideas and drawings were amazing. He was instrumental in our navigating through the process of getting permits, and approvals from the HOA and the city. I could not recommend him more highly.
