I’ve lived here for a year and it’s been pretty good overall. The units are all pretty similar, clean and spacious with a separate sleeping area despite the«studio» price. Some of the appliances are dated but seem to be updated as needed. The on-site manager is friendly and reliable. I’ve only dealt with the management company once at the beginning when they misplaced my deposit, but they found it rather quickly and it ended up being non-issue. The neighborhood is busy and there is traffic noise, ambulances, the occasional drunk couple fighting the street, but that should be expected living in the city. My only complaint is that the valet from the restaurant next door takes all of our street parking, not a huge problem since there is an underground parking lot. There are 3 sets of washers and dryers and the only time I have problems with getting my laundry done are Sunday night. Overall it’s a decent place to live for a single professional who likes living in a city environment.
