Ordered fast but took 13 min to get a ice coffee… guess cars are more important than people who just walk in… then he rushes making my drink and it sucks… lost a customer.

This Starbucks is the worst one i have ever been to i ordered my drinks on the mobil app and when i got there the workers had no idea that my order even existed. I ordered my drinks at 4:10 and i did not receive them till 4:30. When i walked in the employees we’re talking and didnt even bother to ask if i needed help i stood at the pick up window for 5 minutes until one if the girls finally asked if i was waiting on a drink.

Came here for the marketed molten chocolate latte only available until VDay(which is today) but they didn’t have the stuff to make any of the chocolate drinks. Very disappointing for such a brand name!

This Starbucks is ok. They recently got better at making Ice Coffees in my opinion. My problem is when you ask for a refill. Normally, any other Starbucks will remake the drink like new. New ice, flavoring, coffee, cream. This one always seems to half ass it when you ask for a refill. No cream, the same melted ice from the drink prior, and they seem to not know what I ordered despite the fact that they put a label on the side of the cup with my order. They NEVER seem read the label. This leads to them asking what you ordered. Overall, not too bad. They just need to put or effort in refills. If you don’t tend to get a refillX you’re fine. Fix this Starbucks! Fix this and I can easily give this location 5 Stars.

So, for whatever reason, crew members type in the bathroom keypad code, then jump back behind the counter and continue to fix your order. Foregoing that handwashing thing. With a district manager meeting in the store, at the table dominating the front of the dining area. Sooo…caveat emptor.

Not only do they take forever and i mean FOREVER !!! They always get my drink wrong. I repeat my self twice to double make sure and they still get it wrong. And then to top it off they just take a lifetime to come to the window, it’s like«hello» anyone? I just want to pay get my drink and proceed with my day!!! I don’t have all day seriously. UGH!!! So annoying !! I hate waiting so long but okay fine at least make my drink as I ordered. N O T: / By the time they finally get to the window I’m crossing my fingers i see a HOT caramel macchiato and NOT an iced caramel frappuccino. That’s not what I order ma’am «Oh just hold on ill change it and make you a new one» Actually i already waited about half-hour i’ll just have to sacrifice again!

Guy taking orders at the drive through takes forever. We waited about 15 minutes between pulling up and finally leaving and there was only 1 car before us. He makes you repeat your order multiple times, then still gets it wrong and argues at the window about what HE insists I ordered. It was a simple mocha toffee blended coffee off of the menu. He gave me mocha and says with a slight attitude, «so what. you want toffee nut?» I had to show him the menu off my phone for him to give in and stop trying to offer me the regular mocha.

Went through the drive-thru to get a quick drink… took about 6 minutes to get to the order window, waited another 6 – 7 minutes to get to the paying window just to have to wait until someone came. Only thing is, nobody came to the window. We just left since we needed to be somewhere. Slow service galore. Have the courtesy to at least come to the window and give me my total. Good luck getting a job anywhere else guys.

They take forever at the drive thru :(it’s on my way to work so I stop by sometimes. I avoid it other times because there’s always a long line at the drive thru. And even when there isn’t a line, still takes forever lol.

It takes long to get your drink. Drive thru line is almost always long and even when it isnt, it takes really long to get your drink. I only come here when I’m not in a rush! But even then you might get the wrong drink lol. All bad.

Stopped by today since I was in a rush and did not want to wait in the long line at the location on Lakewood and Telegraph. My drinks again were wrong. I don’t order complicated drinks regular fraps or teas. Today I ordered a hazelnut frap and what did I get??? PUMPKIN!!! They only had about 2 cars in front of me so it’s not like they had a crazy amount of orders. I don’t think I will return to this Starbucks.

This is one Starbucks place I shy away from because of their location. Right off the freeway but very awkward to get into. I get confused where to enter. Its easier if you’re heading east then you just turn right into their lot. From any other direction, forget it. They are always busy, always a line for the drive thru but there’s always line for Starbucks drive thru’s. As for their café mocha… Café mocha from one Starbucks is the same for me as the next one up the block. A-OK indeed.
