Starbucks

I ordered $ 50 worth of coffee and I had an empty Gatorade bottle in my cup holder so I asked the cash register guy at the drive thru if he can please throw it away for me so I can put some of the coffees in my cup holder and he replied «we can’t take trash». Wtf?! Since when? All I was asking was to throw something away for me when other starbucks drive thrus have done it for me before.

Don’t come to the Starbucks they take a minimum of 15 minutes to give you your drink besides they don’t have napkins extra things you need and they want to attend you faster because it makes you feel like the person behind you is more important than your service, not happy

Had a not so great experience today. Called and spoke to the manager, Sarah. She was beyond awesome. She let me vent. She listened to my rant. She corrected the issue. I have had several problems here the last few weeks but apparently this store is training several of the new baristas that will work at the new Downey Starbucks, so I get it. Now that I know I will be more understanding. Hope things get worked out in the near future so others won’t experience my issues. I went from really unhappy to pleased with how the manager understood where I am coming from. Previous bad review gone. Thanks, Sarah!

Very slow service especially with six partners on the floor. I was the next person in line and it took about 8 minutes for them to help one customer.

It takes a lot for someone to ‘earn’ only 1 star but this Starbucks managed it. 4 orders in a row, every single one was wrong. I don’t know why there hasn’t been a change in management yet. :/​Similar to other reviewers, I now go out of my way to go to a Starbucks that gets it right.

My sister is having a procedure from which she might die this morning. My fear and tension have made me need to go to the restroom more than usual. As I stood outside the restroom waiting for it to be available, I hear noise then silence 6 or 7 times before I’m certain I’m about to make a puddle on the floor and I knock loudly. The oh so freaking kind employee who angrily opened the door then tried to block me from going in. Instead of buying coffee I left. But she HAD to stick her head out the door and scream I should have worn a diaper. I hope when she gets to be my age and has loved ones ill she wets herself every time she goes out in public. Maybe she’d learn some compassion though I seriously doubt it.

Never really write reviews but this Starbucks has messed up my mornings for the last time!!! Beware of this Starbucks they obviously have a problem getting orders correct. I have had to go three times now to another Starbucks to get my order re corrected when it should of been correct the first time! This time all I ordered was a venti hot coffee hazelnut and half and half and i take off from the drive thru to find out they didn’t put half and half! It may not be the biggest mistake but it’s not the first time they have messed up on my orders before! Just be ware check your order before you leave! This Starbucks suck!

so im on my way to work my 12 hour shift, feeling way too tired and catching a cold to top it off. even though im not a coffee drinker, I’d prefer a frappucino over an energy drink. so i decided to pull into this starbucks i was passing by. im ao glad i did ! the guy at the register [Marc] was so cheerful and pleasant [i told him this as well] && very helpful in helping me select my drink ! my drink was made to perfectection [caramel frap w. 2 shots expresso, extra caramel]. he changed my mood and i left a happy customer, feeling like im about to have a great rest of the day ! excellent customer service, clean establishment. thank yu !

This is the absolute slowest Starbucks. I live right by here and it’s the closest location. Every time I come now it seems like no one knows what they are doing. Whether I come inside or go through the drive thru, they always either take forever or ruin my drink.
Won’t be returning. I’d rather drive a mile down to another Starbucks where they get it right.

Says it closes at 11:30 and its 10:35pm on a Wednesday night. If your going to change hours update info. No Bueno.

I feel like there’s always a long wait here, but their staff is really pleasant. That helps make up for the extra long wait times, but it’s getting out of hand. They kept me waiting 12 minutes in the drive thru the other morning, the girl gave me my order for free and apologized. I appreciated her apology, and I know it’s not her fault! Great staff… just not enough of them.
So maybe hire more people and stop being cheap? I know, you guys ONLY made 14 billion dollars last year but come on.

They got my drink right which would’ve earned them a five star rating, but this Starbucks is more rundown than the ones I’m used to. And the bathrooms weren’t very clean…

Its funny how Starbucks decided to erase my message, but look what the employee I was referring to, decided to message me. again beware people here are rude NO RESPECT

I came to this starbucks because at many times, I can find a place to study inside or outside.
The wait time to get my beverage is average, as is the service, at times exceptional
The restroom is okay, only one.
Drive through service is available
Cool new charging stations
Oh, and the Blondie coffee and I still love and adore, I hope it is still here, I think I just had a cookie last time.

This place is always convinient and always has ac for summer. Employees are always helpful and very fast with getting your drinks. I come by here every sunday after my socver games as a victory present and it never fails. Thanks starbucks …

Coming here line was decent for the drive thru. However the wait was longer than expected… they gave us one of our drink free for waiting. happy dance for the free drink :)
The line for the drive thru is fairly tight! Along with the parking lot. Very busy intersection and parking. Baristas are fairly friendly in this location.

I’m an honest fan of this Starbucks location.
This Starbucks is on a busy intersection, the cross streets are Telegraph and Lakewood. The drive thru can have a really slow wait sometimes and the parking lot is ridiculously small. So why am I a fan? Read on.
For one, location. Although it’s on a busy intersection it’s also minutes away from the 5 freeway. I frequently take the 5 freeway so this Starbucks is convenient. There are other local Starbucks but they don’t have drive thru’s like this one does. Drive thru’s mean everything, especially when you’re a hot, sweaty mess after a hike and don’t feel like getting off your car or if you’ve just rolled out of bed. The wait in the drive thru used to be horrendous. They’ve really improved on this and the wait is now minimal even with a long line.
When I used to wait in the long drive thru lines, I was often given a complimentary starbucks coffee to compensate for my wait. I believe this happened on 3 separate occasions. Another time, the person in front of me bought me my coffee and breakfast! The barista told me that the person who did that does it frequently. One time the person who was in front of me drove off without getting their coffee so they gave it to me for free. This Starbucks always does things like this. Lastly, they have never messed up my order or made my coffee wrong. I love that about them.
The inside is nice and clean, it’s a nice Starbucks to visit if you’re able to find parking. I know one can say that all Starbucks are the same but I don’t think they are. This Starbucks is one of my preferred locations to visit.

This location is frighteningly small. Starbucks drive-​thrus are the best, however, the planner for this Starbucks did not account for how freaking small their plot is. The drive-​thru line was spiraled throughout the parking lot, and several of the cars were stuck in the spaces due to cars waiting for the drive-​thru blocking them in. This place was a nightmare. The drive-​thru took an upwards of 30 minutes! Not worth it :-x

While I’m not a frequent customer of Starbucks (or any coffee place for that matter), I do like this location.
Close to the I-​5.
A drive-​thru is available… Hey, I’m not lazy, but it sure is convenient when you have two children under the age of 18-​months-​old. Just sayin’. And they were pretty fast when I was there at around noon today (½/​15).
The best part was service with a smile. The lady at the window was friendly and efficient.
Some people may not like it, but I prefer the Chestnut Praline Latte as far as holiday drinks go. It was well-​crafted here.

Unilocal challenge 2015 ¹⁄₁₀₀

This is not one of my favorite Starbucks to come too. It is always busy and the employees here seem to work slower than a snail here. Not only are they slow but you can be standing in line and they all ignore and walk on by like you are not even present. They are conversing among each other and know you are standing there but they don’t seem to care. After about 5 minutes it was the drive thru gentlemen that finally took my order and apologized for the delay and the two girls just continued to talk to each other. The guy told one of the girls to do the order and she rolled her eyes and just snatched the cup from his hand.
I know it’s busy but I have been to other Starbucks that are busier and you get better faster service. That is why in the morning I typically go out of my way to go to another Starbucks because most everyone here is extremely rude ! I love Starbucks but they really need to pay to the employees at this particular location !!
