It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand the very SIMPLE concept of online ordering via the Starbucks app, and that is CONVENIENCE and SPEED. So why, oh why, after placing my order via the app from home, getting in my car and driving the 5 – 7 minutes or so to this wretched location, is my order not ready? And mind you, this is not the first time this exact same scenario has played out. Luckily, for every employee, on this occasion, I sent my boyfriend inside (or they would have been treated to an earful), as I sat in my car, double-​parked outside and waited… and waited… and waited. I texted my bf who replied that the drinks were not ready and they hadn’t even started making them. Are you effing serious!!! And it wasn’t even busy inside! You’d think that they would realize they f’ed up and make our order a priority. Yeah no. I sat and watched from my car as people walked in, ordered and walked out with their drinks as the BF continued to wait. To add insult to injury, my breakfast sandwich was not what I ordered and I later found out they just took the liberty to switch it out without even asking what I wanted. And thanks for choosing an alternative with 3 times the amount of fat and calories. Just dumb and thoughtless. This STARbucks deserves zero stars.

I live a block away from this store so I only visit it because it is very convenient and I (usually) love Starbucks. Their customer service at this location is terrible. They speak poorly about guests in Spanish and they fight behind the counter in front of guests. The only reason I give them 2 Stars is because there is one employee who always goes above and beyond. Thank you, Isreal for fixing my awful experience today when the other barista was clearly annoyed and overwhelmed.

Horrible customer service. The manager and her two younger staff were too busy practicing their cheap British accents then make my phone order. Rude.

Worst starbucks in LA yet. Never have my phone orders ready. Worst workers. Dont know how they were hired and is still working. The morning crew that worked 12÷21−12÷24 is the worst workers starbucks can possibly have in the states. Watered down coffee. Avg wait time for phone order exceeds 10 minutes after I place order and arrive. They over cooked and burnt my fold over sandwiches i get. Seriously, f#*k this place

By far the best example of what is wrong with the American work force today. They are unprofessional and can’t pour a glass of water correctly, let alone make coffee.

First starting coming here about a year ago when I first moved above the location. First off let me say that this place gets ridiculously busy in the mornings, there is no parking for vehicles other than meters and the customers sometimes get so loud I can hear them all the way to my apartment…
But!
I have never met a staff that truly dedicated themselves to memorizing regulars and their drinks and the girls are always super friendly. This location seems to always be stocked up with sandwiches and salads when others don’t.
Day before yesterday my mother spilled her ice coffee all over the counter with the sugar and milk, they remade my drink on the spot and cleaned up super quick. Favorite hangout spot.

One of the guys actually remembers my name cause I go there often. They are always nice to me and when I drink my venti caramel frap there I feel a friendly atmosphere from the staff.

Two cars occupying the parking spot right in front of the shop without paying for parking meter. Staff do not care. There is nowhere to park my car.

Corporate coffee is the way to go when you’re on the run and just want a hit. Starbucks is now the McDonald’s of coffee.

Slowest Starbucks EVER!
I’m not sure why, but DAMN, they are consistently the slowest store I’ve ever been to. The line is full of frustrated people — it’s kinda funny watching everyone get progressively more angry as they wait.
Staff is friendly — maybe a little too chatty with regular customers. Just give me my coffee already!

It’s my first time at this location, and I’ll definitely be back. There are two ladies working right now, and they’re some of the friendliest baristas I’ve ever met. They’re funny and engaging, but also made my drink really quickly. They’re great!

Ruby’s a no good b! tch. I asked kindly if she could add more ice in my drink because it was sweeter than usual and she said «no» with no explanation. Next time she’s being a rude Ruby I might just waste my drink on her.

This is the WORST location I have ever been to, and it’s like this every time I come. Finally writing this. This is insane. If you’re running late to work, or want to live your life at all, go elsewhere.

Love this place. This is my almost daily pit stop before heading into work.
Sure they have put reg milk when I have asked for soy in the past but that doesn’t away from the fact that the ladies are super sweet.
A couple of them even know my food & drink order by heart which I truly appreciate.
I will definitely keep coming into this Starbucks for as long as it is no longer standing.
Make sure to try the flat white. Definitely my favorite after the Valencia orange refresher.

I hate to do this but, man this the only Starbucks that I’ve gone to, where it seems like the staff actually denigrates the client in a «joking» subtle kinda of way. They just throw little things out there condescendingly, like in a patronizing tone. It’s really unfortunate because Starbucks should actually be notified regarding there way under average customer service.
and another thing, what’s up with the long lines where you are waiting «literally» over 15 minutes just to order and another 5 – 10 minutes to get your order. Do the math.
Just yesterday I noticed a couple in front of me purchase 1 coffee with there debit card and lady behind the counter swipes card after she realizes she hasn’t taken the other order, she now has to re-​swipe. Get this, she blames guy that is 1foot way from her and says «I didn’t think he wanted anything,» totally non-​apologetic. Seems like I have my feelers out every time I come… You are probably like, stop going there… Thats the «unfortunate» part, I’m still in hope that one day I will have a great experience here.

Wow was I harsh! The service is fine. In fact there is one older woman who works there now, she greets everyone she encounters with a welcoming super smile. Its a busy Starbucks in the mornings, as expected. There is bike parking and a great dog friendly outside area with music that Bridget loves! What more could we ask for!?!

Without having to ask for what I wanted each time I’m here is best to start of the day. Most baristas here are very informative and very friendly. They’ve never failed to spell my name correctly. If your name isn’t that unique, you don’t know how I feel… And there’s always street parking early in the morning before 7 am.

Ask for the Jameel special! It’s the best! Sometimes the lines here are really long, but if Jacky’s behind the counter and Jameel’s at the bar, it’s worth the wait!
