Saying goodbye to Aaron Brothers for good. Found Sherman McNulty by a friend and went for it after reading Unilocal reviews. I’ve never been more impressed with a frame store. Genuine customer service, top notch materials, tons of options. Truthfully my only complaint is there are so many options. I found it hard going for my original look bc the many frame options took it to the next level. Excited to work on memorabilia to be framed for my mother in law!

I came here recently for the first time and service was truly excellent. The people here are so kind and they helped me pick framing that I’m really excited about while still staying within my budget. I definitely can’t wait to come back!

I go here for anything I need framed, and every time I go, I’m greeted by the friendliest, most knowledgable framing people. I chose Sherman McNulty at the recommendation of my printer, and because they are a KCRW Fringe Benefits provider (they offer a discount to KCRW members). Naomi helped me pick out an amazing frame, got the job turned around very quickly, and was a so great throughout the process. In fact, I later found an issue with the print that had nothing to do with the framing, and Naomi went way above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. I would recommend Sherman McNulty to anybody who asked.

For Christmas, I got an embroidered coat of arms for my friend, and I wanted to have it professionally framed. After taking it to multiple shops for quotes, I choose Sherman McNulty because of both the competitive price and their novel ideas on how to make the artwork really stand out in the frame.
Whereas other shops suggested a standard matte and riser, Denise made a really clever suggestion of mounting it on foam and letting the artwork stand away from, rather than under, a matte. The end result added a really cool depth to the artwork that I think added a lot to the gift.
I’m really happy with both the frame, the price, and the wonderful ideas Sherman McNulty brought to the table, and I’m definitely going back for my next item.

They did a great job with the vintage Air France lithograph that I picked up on my most recent trip to France. Naomi helped me pick out which sort of matting and framing to use, and was very patient with me and my indecisiveness. She recommended a textured mat to go with the print, which I wouldn’t have thought of but really goes perfectly with the print. I also showed her a photo of my living room, where it could be hung, and she helped me to pick an appropriate color scheme for the frame that would complement everything else in the room.
There’s no negotiating here, which I actually appreciated. I had a print framed at another framing store nearby, and was quoted close to $ 700, which I was able to negotiate down to under $ 400. Here, I was quoted just under $ 400, and that was the price. My conclusion: mid-​sized custom framing with matting (in this area) is going to run you about $ 400, but sometimes you have to negotiate to get there. Not here. Also, don’t forget the Unilocal deal, which can be applied on top.

Sherman McNulty Art Gallery is the best place to go if you need an art work or framing done. They are true artists. I am myself a designer and whenever I need something extravagant framed I go to Shaman McNulty.
Wether you need an antique photo framed or some modern contemporary art, don’t look any further. They also have always advised me good and gave me their true opinion if I wasn’t sure what to choose. It is always helpful to have that honest opinion from these professionalist People handy when you need it. That’s my store to go from now on.

My husband and I came here solely based on their positive Unilocal reviews, and were not disappointed. We needed to have a large, oddly sized print framed and knew we couldn’t settle for a big box framer.
We came in at the end of the day and really had no idea beyond budget what we wanted. Naomi took the time to walk us through all the options within our price range. The customer service was incredible and her excitement and passion were great!
They got the print finished in a timely manner and the quality, as you can see in the photo, was A+. The best part was their suggestion on floating the print. We love it. If you want superior quality and friendly and helpful customer service, this is your place.

Our experience getting our print framed was so enjoyable. Naomi took the time to go over multiple options, to give her suggestions, and she didn’t mind us looking at even more frames when we were almost done deciding. Ultimately, she let us choose what we wanted and we have no regrets. It was my first time getting an art piece framed, and the folks here made the process super easy. The piece is a painting on canvas that my hubby and I got while on our honeymoon in Bali. The woman who helped me was very friendly and happy to show me different options to help me select a custom frame that balanced cost with style. I’m really looking forward to picking up the piece in two weeks!

If you have something special to frame, then stop on down to Sherman McNulty. I did not have any frame of knowledge (ha-​ha …not) in regards to framing, but the folks here simplified things for me. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Check it out for your framing needs. Be on the lookout for their deals. I took advantage and saved myself around $ 50. I do get overwhelmed with having way too many choices, but like I said… the folks here can simplify your experience.

Typically, I’m more of a DIY framer. But I have a few pieces that meant more to me or were a little more delicate than I felt comfortable tackling myself. I checked out several options, including one of the big Box Store art supply places. I’d assumed they’d be cheaper but in fact, the estimate was high and their selection wasn’t great. Sherman McNulty proved to be the solution I was looking for. I received plenty of suggestions and advice and ultimately settled on a beautiful frame of much higher quality than I could have got elsewhere. I’ll definitely be bringing Kim any future frame work I need done.
