The Asian lady pharmacist is very rude with a bad attitude. She lives for and loves to argue. Top quality customer service is not her intention! Don’t be fooled by her smiling face!

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I hope I never have to return. They are so understaffed they can’t find my medicine in the alpha order on the shelves, everyone is talking. Agh I can’t be here any longer!

This Rite-​Aid is neat, clean and organized. Parking is easy too. Sometimes they have «buy one get one free» of Thrifty ice cream. Thrifty ice cream is delicious especially the French Vanilla. The aisles are spacious, the shelves are neat and products are well positioned on the shelves, the floor is clean too. The staff is efficient as well. One of the cleanest and organized Rite-​Aids I’ve been to.

The Rite Aid will usually have sales on wine so I frequent this location a few times a month to scope out the deals…
Pros: Great parking; one staff member always voices hope to see me tomorrow; the aisles are clean with short lines.
Cons: The bathroom could be cleaner.

Service is hit and miss in the store. Particularly if you are waiting on someone to get you liquor or ice cream. Pharmacy service ladies are saucy but cool if you are nice to them. Then they turn into sweet black ladies. I have never had a problem with them.

Chiefly, the pharmacy is unreliable. I personally submitted two separate prescriptions and never received notifications as to when they’d be ready for pick-​up. I had to hound them the following day only to be told that they weren’t in the system. The only reason I added a second star, was due to one of the pharmacist reassuring me that my items would be located and I would be contacted; then following through sooner than expected. Wish I would have looked on Unilocal sooner, multiple people complained about the pharmacy as well and were right. RiteAid Pharmacy (La brea & Rodeo) isn’t right

We wanted to get freaky and decided to get drunk first. I knew rite-​aid had Belvedere on sale for $ 23.99 so we stopped here on the way home. Grabbed a bottle and headed to the counter. After the purchase was over the cashier asked if we’d like a gift box. This was not a gift… we said «Yes!» anyway because we never pass up anything free. Even a box lol. Here’s where that habit finally payed off. She tells a co-​worker to grab a gift box from the back. We wait at the door for the free box. He brings the box. And its not empty. It has another bottle of Belve inside. We happily grab and go before anyone realizes we just got a 2 for1 deal. LMAO. Wooo hooo go dumb ass rite-​aid employee. We love Ya! 5 Stars!
