This place has its good and bad days… today being a bad day… i come in always asking for tortilla soup without sour cream… i saw the server put sour cream on my soup and told her not too. The server makes another soup for me AND still manage to give me the soup with sour cream. I notice it when I walked back to my office in time for my next meeting. I end up taking the soup downstairs to a homeless person to eat. SMH.

I was so hungry when I got to Qdoba that I didn’t even remember to take a picture of what I ordered… But honestly, it wasn’t anything to cheer about so, I don’t really care. My fiancé was super adamant about going to Qdoba for lunch, and when he wants something specifically food related you have to acquiesce because it’s a rarity! So I agreed to satisfy my intense hunger at Qdoba even though we passed(a favorite of mine) Chipotle along the way. Qdoba and Chipotel are essentially twins(when it comes to looks), you order a meal To your liking, pay, sit and eat… But when it comes to taste… Chipotle wins by a landslide! The chicken was bland and even the guacamole I got on top(that isn’t an extra charge) did NOTHING to liven up the meal. Also, I really wanted fajita vegetables on my «make your own» salad… Alas they didn’t have any left– Qdoba, a tip for you… ALWAYSHAVEBACKUP. ALWAYS. When my fiancé asked me if I liked my food, my answer was delayed and quiet, thus he answered for me: «you hate it». Now I didn’t hate it, but it was just honestly something to get in my stomach that I could actually eat so I didn’t turn into the spawn of Satan(thanks to my HANGER). Oh and I have to admit, I was HUNGRY about two hours later… When at Chipotle, this same meal would have kept me full for 6 – 8 hours, no joke! I’m kind of glad this is the only location of Qdoba close to where we live or else my fiancé would request we go ALLTHETIME. Let’s keep our«Mexican» food cravings FED at Chipotle(or at authentic Mexican food restaurants in the Hollywood area). Sorry Qdoba, you really did not do it for me. ATALL. — Facilities were relatively clean though(however, when food is missing from the containers on the build your meal bar, it tends to look messy and kind of gross) — The staff were decent but didn’t really make any sort of effort to see if fajita vegetables were to be made any time soon) — Reasonably priced food with no extra charge for guacamole

The guys were awesome! First time visiting this place that my girl recommended me to go To She provided me with a text message bogo coupon. Unfortunately it didn’t have a code number but it did present today’s date and the guy there helped out and accepted the coupon. Good food!, no lines! Good service. Thank you guys I’ll be visiting again soon I like the free guacamole, free cotija cheese. Much better than Chipotle with more options in my opinion

Food is amazing, to me they definitely have a ton of more options for your dollar than a Chipotle. Also, they are always super courteous here, and have no problems hooking you up. Their restaurant is always super clean, and they have one of those cool new soda machines. My favorite food to eat there, is their Chicken Quesadilla! It is to die for! And I love all of their special queso dips, you can literally put it on everything!

I come here often for lunch, since I work in downtown. The ingredients are always fresh and the food tastes super good. I love their mexican gumbo soup, as well as wrapped ground beef burritos. They also have a nice rewards program.

This is THE spot for me and my group of friends, after school on Fridays. Gotta love the huge nacho bowls, ugh, soooo delicious! A nacho bowl with chicken, beans, guac, spicy cheese, salsa verde, shredded cheese, and sour cream for 9 bucks? F****** amazing. Don’t know what anyone else could say about this place haha. This place has provided us with quite a lot of memories. I love you q’doba.

By far my favorite fast food Mexican style food restaurant. This place is very modern and very clean. The décor has wood panel with black and white photos posted everywhere. The sitting area has plenty of tables and its wide open with sitting outside as well. I order a couple things first is the burritos on whole wheat tortillas with white Spanish rice, black beans, veggies, pork, avocado, sour cream, and 3 làyer cheese omg boooooom soooo good ja ja I also get the nachos which the chips are light crispy and good. Mixed with chicken or pork, avocado, sour cream, shredded cheese, salsa, black beans, and olives omg yum! The soda selection is huge because they have that new coke machine with a zillion drinks in it… But I always get the un-sweeten ice tea… I loved it when this place was in west covina and I was able to come here a lot however, they closed down and moved very sad. Anyway this place is awesome and blow that other chipotle place out the water. I recommend this place big time!

I come here often since I work next door. Funny because before I tried this place, I used to frequent Chipotle which is down the street from here. Qdoba’s food is 10x better than Chipotle’s! From the breakfast burritos, to the quesadillas, to the free guac!!! No brainer. They offer everything Chipotle does plus more! Put the spicy queso sauce on anything you get lol thank me later!

Today was my first time trying Qdoba here in Cali(before I frequented Qdoba in the east coast). Anyways… it was my birthday and I had a bogo deal so I felt it was time to give Qdoba a try. We got here around 1:40 on a Tuesday so we passed the lunch crowd so it wasn’t busy at all. As we entered, we were greeted and we ordered right away. Service was great! Everyone was friendly and smiled. We both got the steak burrito bowl with fajitas and guac(guac is free here!!). We also got the queso and chips. This place is very similar to chipotle in that you order as you go, with all the toppings that you desire. Seating is limited in the ordering area but they also have additional seating in a room in the back. Taste wise, chipotle still has a one up on Qdoba but service was better here than at Chipotle.

Fast and friendly service at this location. I always try to order the burrito in a bowl to avoid extra carbs and so I’m not loaded down. The people here are great and they have plenty of seating in the dining area and the small patio. They also have a small private room if you need to entertain clients or for a bday party. I would assume that Qdoba would be a great venue for a smaller budget when entertaining clients or hosting a meeting. Would recommend this spot for a quick and tasty Mexican lunch.

Upon further research, Qdoba is owned by Jack in the Box, Inc ( ) For your future’s sake, all of you should learn to read financial statements. Anyhoo, this makes sense to me why Qdoba food sucked because it uses the same materials, sources, supply chain, and all that with Jack in the Box. So why the review update? Because if you want to eat a Qdoba B-Fast Burro, then go to Jack in the Box. The food is the same. #yucky #GMOshit

They’ve revamped the menu. It looks simpler than before, and some ingredients that used to cost extra(e.g. guacamole, fajita veggies) are included in the price. That price, FYI, has gone up into the $ 8 to $ 9 range per entrée. The Craft 2 option(2 half orders) is about $ 7. Food still as good as expected. I love the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. Thanks to the app on my phone, I can create a mix of sodas, then scan the QR code on the machine to tell it what to pour. My favorites: half Vanilla Sprite, half Orange Fanta; and half Vanilla Coke, half Raspberry Coke.

South of the Border Taste with South of the Border Vibes This Qdoba sits right above one of the busiest metro stations in downtown LA. Because of this, bums and loiters like to hang right outside the door/steps of the restaurant. Makes for a very enjoyable stay(insert pun here). Expect to get harassed for money every time you come or go from the restaurant. It’s no Chipotle With the new Chipotle a block down, I rarely go here now because they are just not as well trained to handle the crowds as they are over at Chipotle. During lunch hours they tend to have massive lines to the door and moves really slow because the workers seems to just not have it down systematically. The food comes out fine but the workers seem to trip all over each other while making the food if it’s too busy.

Another place that’s gone downhill — although it’s fast food, so how far can you fall??? I’ve been coming here for years but haven’t been for at least 6 months. I came back last night on my way to the train station. Service was good — that’s usually the case. The prices seem to have gone up(again, not surprising — prices are going up everywhere), but the quality of the food has gone down. I got sick within an hour :( So, this is another spot that gets the axe. Honestly, there are better, more authentic options for Mex food in DTLA — no need for a chain.
