I do a fair bit of graphic design and video editing so I was looking for a new rig that could encode video quickly and play hard when a new PC game emerged (without being obnoxiously loud).
What I ended up with was a freaking beast. Quiet and extremely fast, boot times are now in the 3 – 4 second range and will play basically anything I want at very high settings without any trouble, while still whipping through BluRay quality video compression in minutes.
