I went to Platinum for a long time and I was always extremely satisfied with the service. I’ve never been to an electrologist who took so much time and care to explain the process, the results, the different types of hair, rate of hair growth, etc. I feel like I could pass a course after she was done with the intro. Yes the process can be painful but nothing that can’t be overcome with some Emla or other type of numbing creams. Also, I always found the electrologist took extra care post treatment to make sure my skin was cleansed, toned and she even had a machine that helped close the pores and kill bacteria. Most other places would quickly wipe off my face with a half moistened cotton ball and call it a day. I love platinum and think if you are well versed on the process and are committed to it, that this is one of the best. It takes time but the results will definitely show.

I came here a while ago and after a few treatments, I realized that electrolysis was not for me. It was too painful. The girl that I was working with knew that too and she was helpful throughout the process, but I was still having a hard time with the pain.
After a few sessions, I realized that I couldn’t go back and I called to request the money that I paid upfront for sessions. Never got a call back. Never got my money back.
