Pretty decent location, there was no problems when ordering pick up. But twice when I ordered delivery I was given a different 2 litter than ordered because they were out of stock, I’m fine with this but they should give a call to offer what they have not pick one at random for me. Would order again but maybe leave off the drink.

I think a lot of people have unrealistic expectations of what a Pizza Hut should offer. I don’t expect the pinnacle of customer service or the finest dining experience LA has to offer. I ordered online a half hour before this location was expected to close(and felt like a jerk for doing so but was out of options). My pizza was delivered in 30 minutes which was under the estimated time of 45 minutes per the website. The driver was able to figure out my confusing apartment building which was a plus for lazy me and very polite. He was very, very grateful when I tipped him which made me a little sad — seemed like other customers he had stiffed him that day. The pizza itself was exactly what I ordered and had good topping coverage. It tasted exactly how I expected it to taste; iconic Pizza Hut crust, copious amounts of salty cheese and drenched in delicious oil. Thumbs up from me!

A sit down Pizza Hut is all we wanted… but apparently those don’t exist in this neck of the woods! Tried 2 other locations before coming to this one and the seats are narrow and hard. There’s no trash bin to throw your stuff in once you’re done eating also. The cashier wasn’t friendly at the least — and it wouldn’t have been a struggle for her to be. The pizza itself was alright(they’ve done much better) but it did come out working 10 mins. Maybe it’s because I’m not too familiar with the area or something but I figured finding a sit down pizza parlor would be easier to find.

Doesn’t honor its advertised deals. Step 1. Look online, where the website lists the current advertised deals. Try to order deal listed… Nope. Deal not currently offered. Step 2. Call up local store, listen to excited recorded message say the store’s list of current deals offered. Try to order deal… Nope. Deal not offered. Step 3. Ask to speak to a manager. Nope. Salesperson won’t put him/her on. Step 4. See white hot rage seep through your eyeballs. Resist urge to throw brick through the store’s front window. Why the runaround? Why offer deals if you refuse to honor them? Why be a restaurant if you won’t even attempt to make your customers satisfied?

This location doesn’t offer any of the deals you see on TV. Rip off-go to any other Pizza Hut! I live one mile away and I drive 7 miles away because– how dare they not offer the deals. Cheapskates!

Honestly there is nothing worse than terrible customer service, and this location is the mothership for just that. When employees don’t know their own specials and menu makes me feel pretty uneasy. You’re better off giving your money to the homeless.

Called ahead to order a simple 1 topping medium pizza. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. It wasn’t ready for 30 minutes. On top of that when I got there one of the employee’s children was running all through the kitchen and no one made an effort to keep her out. Apparently they have heard nothing about health codes. Never again.

The customer service here sucks ass I order bread sticks waited half an hour mind you it was a carry out order but was still asking for my home address I get there 30 min later and there’s 4 employees 1 was out of uniform was in her street clothes and her kid was running around in the kitchen while she made a pizza the other 3 one was getting his order to go deliver but didn’t acknowledge me at all the other two were talking about there boyfriends and Facebook was honestly waiting there for 10 min after I yelled can I get helped here one of them says that’s all you and I pay and she’s asking me about my nail polish I just want to get the fuck out of here really so I just leave it honestly should never take 40 minutes for bread sticks ever defiantly not coming here again

Do you like your food being delivered cold? Do you like waiting twice as long as estimated for you delivery? This is your spot! It’s baseball playoffs. I’m sure they’re busy. Then they shouldn’t send the driver all over Los Angeles. The estimated time of delivery was 50 minutes from the time I placed the order. 1 hour and 30 minutes later I called to check on the order. «2−3 minutes» and the driver would be here. The doorbell immediately rang like the guys was sitting on the street waiting for me to call. When he came to the door I told him the pizza was cold. «Sorry for the wait, traffic on PCH». PCH? What was he doing delivering all the way out on PCH? This is probably exactly the problem! After he left, clearly not caring that the food he had delivered was far from acceptable, I called and spoke to the manager. «Do you want a $ 10 credit?» What for? If you can’t do a decent job, then I’m never going to spend my money at your establishment again. Besides, $ 10 on my $ 30 order? What they should have done is refunded my money since everything I received is going straight in the trash. The worst part is I actually like Pizza Hut. Every time I try to give them another chance I remember why I stopped ordering from them after the last time. Thanks Pizza Hut. Thanks for delivering very expensive garbage. I guess I’ll go get some tacos since nothing you brought me can be eaten.

So I’m a contractor working in the area maybe 10 blocks away so I call to order pizza for my guys there, and the guy was a bit worried about a 818 number popping out so I tell him I will pay upfront with a CC, and then he was like, we don’t deliver that far lol, I was like 10 blocks !!! So why advertise delivery!!! Guy wouldn’t take my order over the phone and wanted to refer me to another place !! What of a lame customer service !!! Is there a negative –5 stars lol

I agree with most on here about customer service. When I called for a pick up order the male on the phone clearly has zero customer service skills and very rude. It was like talking to someone who couldn’t be bothered. Maybe it’s the online ordering system that made them forget how to communicate with other humans? Whatever reason it may be I’m 86ing this pizza hut due to customer service issues.

I ordered my food online at 9:01pm. They estimated my pizza to be delivered at 9:29pm. I didn’t receive my pizza until 10:00pm. No biggie right? Please. My pizza was so cold it mind as well have been frozen. AND I ordered half cheese, half pepperoni, but they only gave me pepperoni. The worst part is that I live down the street. So taking an hour to deliver the wrong pizza, when they told me 28 minutes is ridiculous. I can’t believe I gave the delivery boy a $ 5 tip on an $ 18 order.

Pizza Hut is just that… So we know what the food is about. That said, they don’t give napkins or plates for inventory reasons… And this location has a pretty unhappy staff making the«pick up» experience rather unpleasant. You get what you pay for, I suppose!

I would give this Pizza Hut 2.5 stars. I ordered my pizza online, and it was ready in 15 minutes! I ordered a large pizza with stuffed crust for $ 10.99 with mushroom on top. It was one of the deals they are having so I thought why not. Honestly, this was probably one of the worse pizzas I’ve gotten and I typically love Pizza Hut. There was barely any cheese on it, so the pizza just looked brown all over. I usually get Pizza Hut because of their yummy cheese(and I am a huge cheese lover) but it barely had any! Pretty disappointing. I will be back though, and hopefully it was just a one time thing. Side note — the stuff crust was really good and cheeeessseeeeyyy!

I ordered a pizza at 7pm online, the pizza was going to be ready for pick up in 20mins. I get to pizzahut at 7:45, as I paid for the pizza the cashier looked puzzled and told me that the delivery person took my pizza, so the cashier said they would have to make a new one and it would take about 10mins(mind you, I have my hungry kids waiting on the car). As I think to myself why haven’t they prepared another one for me already or did they not ever make it. I understand these things happen, but it would be nice to have some kind of compensation for the trouble, so as a customer I don’t feel like just a dollar bill coming into the store, it have another pizza ready for me so I wouldn’t have to wait(that’s good customer service). I asked for my money back and the cashier who helped me called over another worker, she yelled loud«what they don’t want the pizza?»(With extra attitude). I felt sorry for the cashier boy who was trying to help me with my return, for how disrespectful she was speaking to him. All of the other workers seemed unhappy to be there, except for the boy cashier who was trying to help me. As I’m waiting for my return, 3 different delivery guys came back and none of them had my pizza with them which was interesting day at the least. The lady who processed my return seemed irritated that I wanted my money back. She seemed like she was flustered, maybe they were too busy but they lost this pizza loving customer. Bad customer service leaves a worse taste in your mouth than bad food itself. Dominoes it is then.

This Place Is The Worst IN Town I ordered at 7:36 it was delivered at 8:40 ! Waiting a hour to receive a cold dry pizza that looks like was made two hours a head!
