Poor service. Call it delivery? Guy did not even walk up to deliver at door, stood at the car, charged me $ 3 for that. Pizza was luke-warm and did not even identify himself as a worker of Pizza Hut employee, no uniform. Poor presentation of the pizza, spinach looked as if it was thrown upon at the last minute. Unprofessional service.

I like pizza Hut don’t get me wrong but I was wasn’t too pleased with the presentation of it. I only got 1 pic of one of the pizzas which was a thin crust with tomatoes, mushroom and spinach. [Pizza looked cooked and spinach looked like it was just tossed on top, when you pull a slice all the spinach would fall off.] :( The other pizza was a stuff crust with pepperoni, mushroom and olives. There was like 3 olives in there :(

Take advantage of their carry out specials, get free breadsticks with the coupons you get from the kids that sell chocolates and if you’re watching calories, by all means avoid the pan pizza bc that shit comes loaded with PUMPS of oil so try the stuffed crust pizza instead, it’s the best! How do i know all this? I used to work here back in high school! Yea, that’s bullet proof glass bc we got mugged back in the day! They don’t take checks so bring cash or plastic. The service here could be better and faster but remember, customer service reps are juggling phones and taking orders left and right so cut them some slack!

Just got our pizza. Either the driver was mad that it was a late order, or he really just hates his life. Apparently, instead of knocking on the door first. His order of delivery operation is as follows: honk the horn(continuously)… THEN call(my phone was on silent) … And THEN bang on the door. Why didn’t the idiot just knock? I was waiting for a knock the whole time. What a lazy ass. Not to mention I said thank you, handed him his tip, and he said nothing in response. It isn’t my fault you’re stuck at Pizza Hut delivering pizza on a Saturday night at midnight! Take it from someone who stopped working at Pizza Hut 8 years ago — get a job or career you LIKE and you won’t find reasons to make the customer put up with your miserable attitude. Expected a better tip? Learn value of customer service.

Worst customer service, just called right now monday 17 at 12:40 pm. First attemp to order something i was asked to be put on hold, I agreed but he never came back. On my second attemp he picked up the phone placed it on the counter and never said a word, I was just able to hear the noise in the background

Worst customer service ever. The delivery lady has the worst attitude and doesn’t even bother to get off her car she would rather honk then actually walk to the door. They don’t deliver on time. It’s just the worst place. I recommend dominos. They are nice and deliver with in the time posted

I come here all the time and within the past couple months they have messed up on every order I’ve placed. When I correct them on it they try to tell me I placed my order that way until I show them my confirmation. The customer service is horrible and the girls always have attitude!

DONOTORDERFROMHERE. By far, the worst customer service ever experienced from any fast food business. Their level of understanding is of a fourth grader. Ordered wings over the telephone for pick-up and upon arrival, we had asked for an additional order of veggies. The cashier/front-of-house employee, Luis, not only verbally confirmed this additional order by asking if we wanted 1 or 2, but he had also replied«yes» when we had asked if the veggies were in the box(of wings) after receiving the order. Came home, no veggies to be found. I understand from working in a fast-paced restaurant myself that forgetting to include items in an order happens. However, what is unforgivable and hard to understand is how they handled it afterwards. I called them back from my home after the realization, and instead of apologizing, the incompetent manager, Gloria is of no help at all. First, she implies that we did not order from her pizza hut because she could not find the ticket. She repeatedly asked for our name, the order, etc. This shows a lack of organization on their end and understanding on her part as I told her repeatedly that the veggies were not in our original order. All she did was continue to argue with me(the customer) instead of resolving the issue or simply apologizing for the mistake. Then, she starts saying«I do not see a pizza order; you did not order a pizza. do you want to order a pizza now?»… … . Where did the«pizza» come from??? At this point, I am beyond frustrated and tell her that I’d call back when Luis comes back from a delivery since he was the one who helped us. But, I should’ve known he would be of no help as well; he denied us ever ordering veggies. If this Pizza Hut wants to be successful, the owners need to hire more honest employees and more suitable/competent managers…

It is «HOOD» here. You know by the plexi glass when you order and how they give your pizza through the protective drawer. I did find it odd out other employees or friends/relatives of working employees are in and out of the security door behind the plexi glass. The service is really odd. A friend asked a question to the employee but they didn’t even acknowledge the question and only gave«I know» as a reply. I’m not sure if they understood my friend or not. The pizza was like any other pizza hut. I was confused by the sign but a friend clarified that the special supersedes the menu sign. This location is essentially those small carry out ones but there are like maybe four small tables you can sit down and eat a slice quickly. You can park around the corner near the high school.

This Pizza Hut is pretty much carryout/delivery only. It’s a nice cozy location complete with 1.5 inch thick bullet proof plexi glass and a couple small tables. The person taking my order was super strange and every time I asked a question she replied«I know». At one point I even said«No, that was a question, not a statement», to which I received the familiar reply«I know». Taste-wise it was pretty much indistinguishable from every other Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to.

Here’s what I’ve decided about Pizza Hut: It’s great to eat during a hectic meeting or in the middle of a crazy day at work. When you don’t have time to worry about topping quality, grease content, and your pizza’s cardboard darkening abilities, Pizza Hut’s pies will do just fine. And I’m not being facetious here, by the way. Specific to this location: *Watch out for that delivery service! My work is just across the street(and we get delivery because we’re teachers and we can’t just walk out on our lovely charges) but the pizza is never delivered in the time quoted. 45 minutes to deliver a few pepperoni pizzas at 11 a.m. on a Wednesday? Give me a break!
