Pizza Hut

Food is ok, but service can be super-​slow. Also you better have your own pizza sauce or marinara, because they often forget to provide that with the breadsticks. And they do not honor national deals or coupons.

I’ve been to this location several times. The pizza is always great. The service is quick and as expected. There’s plenty of parking as this is the only business in that lot. Ordering online, a head of time, has made life easy. By the time i get there from work (15 min drive) pizza is ready.

I guess when you oder extra toppings they put less… fucken cock sukers $ 12 any pizza but the the total was $ 19.80 mamadas!

Apparently cheese is sold separately smh… Pizza was super cold by the time it got to my house wth how can you mess up twice Pizza Hut broke my heart

The service is so bad, it’s sad. I can’t even be mad. Every time I call they sound so confused or overwhelmed. Understaffed, bad or no training? I don’t know. Its embarassing. For me. They’re not jerks or anything. Just poor customer service skills. Seriously, it makes me sad. That said… I love Pizza Hut pizza. Always have, always will. Here is my advice. Be prepared to repeat/​clarify everything twice. And expect to wait for at least an hour. If you’re really smart, you’ll call after about 10 – 20, just to make sure you’re order is in and being processed.

Come on Pizza Hut we’ve been waiting since 9 42 it’s 11 08 we haven’t gotten any pizza this is ridiculous my girlfriend just called we are getting a 15 percent discount, but let’s be real the order should be free, then they tried arguing with my girlfriend over the phone customer service is ridiculous I work in a restaurant and I know the customer is always right, I guess not at Pizza Hut well I post a picture if you don’t believe me

Pretty terrible. I ordered a stuffed crust spinach pizza and it was as if they had an old cheese pizza that they threw spinach leaves ontop and didn’t even try to cook it anymore. Never again

Disappointed with the service out of this place. We had to call in 2 times to get status on the delivery that we ordered online. Over 1 hour later the pizza arrived at our house it was cold!!! Called to complain and we were told not to worry because we were getting it for free. Wtf!!! We didn’t want free pizza we wanted it delivered on time and warm.

We are little fussy about food and being from India and visiting this area, we were looking for food that will be close to home cooked & fresh; searched Unilocal and New Delhi had reasonably good reviews. The real test was in trying. We also requested food being delivered to our hotel at The Langham.
We were not disappointed at all; the delivery came on time and everything we ordered was fresh and very tasty.
We will be here a few days and our search for food is over.

Rude service. Skimpy on the sauce and not to mention burned. Delivery takes to long and if u go in you will have to wait a bit before you order. Tried giving them a chance but i do not recommend this location

They gave me the wrong pizza… And didnt even apologize even Know i had to drive back again to get m. Are You serious … U guys have no education … Adiós never buying from u guys again

Ridiculous! Ive had bad service at this location before, but tonight the people here have crossed the line. I ordered a pizza and a soda about 2 ½ hours ago. WHERES MY PIZZA!!! 30 – 40 minutes they said. 1 hour and 15mins later, i call back and they are closed for the night! A recording comes on and says «if you are calling about an order already placed, please stay on the line.» Then an employee from this location answers and says as quick as possible «thank you for calling pizza hut but we are closed for the night.» And then he HUNG UP! I never recieved a call informing that i would be recieving my order… they deserve no stars

They got my order wrong, so I had to drive back. The lady Sandra/​sandy (her name began with an S and her primary language is Spanish) I go back and let her know it’s wrong and she gives me attitude that it’s correct. I order hot wings all the time from pizza Hut and never has the sauce been brown and sweet. And the whole time she was rude and giving me dirty looks

Ordered by phone and they had it ready for me when I arrived to pick it up. The staff at White Memorial Medical Center EMERGENCY Room thanks you for your great job.

I cannot give it any stars TERRIBLE SERVICE BUT Unilocal ASKED ME TOO… I placed an order on-​line a P-​Zone and it gave me an estimate of 14 minutes. When I walked in the store the Manager was on the phone and there was no acknowledgement what so ever by her or anyone that worked there. As I was waiting to be helped a man with two kids walked-​in and the Manager asked an employee to assist and the employee acknowledge the man and helped the man first. I was so livid that I asked for the store manager and the woman that was on the phone said she was the manager. I asked her why I did not get help first since I walked in first and she mentioned that he ordered his food on-​line and HELLO… I did too. That was her stupid excuse and plus she saw me walked-​in first. Anyhow I just walked out of the store with NO FOOD. I AM TIRED OF TERRIBLE SERVICE. PIZZA HUT NEEDS TO TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES HOW TO BE PERSONABLE ESPECIALLY MANAGERS.

Everytime I try ordering from here I’ll wait at least 30 minutes to 45 minutes before they’ll call me and tell me they have to cancel my order because they have no product. How do you run out of product at a corporate franchise? And why wouldn’t you be keeping track of that? I tried calling the store again and again but they either ignored my calls or hung up on me. It’s okay though, my business should go somewhere where customer service is appreciated.

Horrible service! Called for carry out and the guy got our order wrong and refused to change it said it wasn’t his fault that he couldn’t hear me. The person on register is usually very unfriendly and rude have had one chew gum really loud.

Late night CHEESE Pizza craving! Ordered my pizza and waited over 10mins, okay I know I have to wait… waited and waited. Finally my pizza was ready, the girl who assisted me didn’t even offered hot peppers or parmesan cheese, just slammed the clear small door where they put your pizza. Thanks! for nothing…
So I get to the car and thank goodness I open the box of «Cheese» pizza only to find out it had pepperoni which I clearly remember saying, «One large cheese pizza» Immediately I went back in and told a guy I had the wrong pizza, I had order cheese. They looked confused… really!!! what is so hard about a damn cheese pizza! There I go again waiting for over 10mins again, hungry! Not only hungry… not even an apology or a free bread stick. To top it off the pizza wasn’t that good. It tasted like butter.

Like this place. Employees are always nice and friendly toe and they never screw ip my order.
