I was at b of a one evening and instead of driving to my norm place I decided to try this spot in the alameda plaza. BIGMISTAKE. They were not busy at all should have walked away then. The 2 women there are very nice and friendly KUDOS on customer service. Once she finished my brows I was so sad. I hardly have eyebrows and she left them really thin and one more shaped than the other. I will not be going back.
