I love this pilates studio! First of all the studio is super clean and has great equipment. The classes are also in small groups which is nice. I also love how friendly Jazmine is at the front desk. By my 2nd visit she greeted me by name as soon as I walked in(My name is pretty hard to pronounce as is). I enjoy the jump board class with Eric. Mondays aren’t that bad when you get to jump and listen to some good 80’s hits. Defo recommend this pilates studio!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Super friendly, incredibly helpful, and made a beginner like me feel right at home. All of the teachers are excellent, especially Natalie Frost. The highlight of my week is when I get to come here and get strong, empowered, and energized! Also the cleanest studio I’ve ever been to in my life, bravo!

Great new Pilates studio that took over the location of previous Pilates Bodyshop. I’ve taken a Glutes & Abs Class and their Open Levels group classes. Glutes & Abs is definitely a good targeted workout while their Open Levels can be more or less challenging depending on the clientele and level of experience. One of the classes I took was a good workout that was not as intense as PIlates Plus or Platinum and we got to use the Jumpboard which was cool. The other class had some older ladies in so I feel like the class was tailoredr to tend to their capabilities/injuries which I thought was considerate but less challenging for others looking for a better workout. In general, great studio and class offerings and I will definitely be back through Class Pass.

This place is INCREDIBLE. Beautiful new equipment, great instructors and most importantly, a fantastic workout. The workout is more fitness-oriented than a traditional pilates studio, but not quite as aggro as Pilates Plus. So far I’ve taken group classes with Abigail, Alexis and Summer and I’ve loved all three instructors. After doing 3 Class Passes, I bought a package. There’s a separate room for private classes too, which is a really cool thing. Also they have lots of parking in the back! And locale is ideal if you want to grab a coffee at Broome Street or vegan food at Little Pine; both of which are just a few doors down.

Brand new studio in the neighborhood! Really challenging classes, but still great for beginners. Really small class sizes, so you are sure to get individual attention!

I LOVE this place for so many reasons but the main one is because it is the best work out I have had. I saw a friend post a pic of her pregnant at the studio in beverly hills and was talking about how she was in the best shape of her like(she was 36 weeks pregnant). So I googled them and was trying to figure out how I could get child care and make it over to that side of town to take a class. I started following them on insta when I saw they opened a studio in silverlake, I was so excited to give them a try. I took my first class with Eric on Tuesday and LOVED it. I am not an expert when in comes to pilates and need help with my form and since they only allow 8 people max in the class it really allows for the help that i need. I actually live in Pasadena and had been going to a studio over there, I wont name them cause that would just be rude but I never felt I was getting much outta the class even after taking there challenges and not noticing much if any of a difference so when I woke up feeling incredibly sore it reconfirmed that I did have a really great work out. My next class is tomm with Matt and I am hoping to have the same results. I also love how clean this place is, I am a bit of a germ freak so that is a huge plus for me.

Thank God someone finally opened a serious Pilates studio with reformer classes in Silver Lake. The space here is clean and open, the equipment pristine, and there’s plenty of parking. The workout is very challenging and therapeutic, but definitely demands a certain kinesthetic awareness and mind-body connection. Since it’s new, I’ve only taken from Mariana and Natalie, both of whom are excellent and creative. They mix it up and keep things fresh. I love that there’s no attitude here. Seems like everyone’s just committed to the same goal: making sure you get a great workout. Three years ago, doctors told me I’d probably need surgery to repair a ruptured disk. I tried everything. Pilates is the only thing that’s kept me out of pain and allowed me to return to a normal, active life. It creates stability through strength and teaches you to engage muscles you didn’t even know you had. Oh yeah, it also gives you a kickass body: long and lean like a dancer. (P.S. If you’re new to Pilates, I highly recommend starting with private sessions. It’s the only way to slow down enough to really understand what’s happening in your body. After that, if your instructor thinks you’re ready, commit to classes three times a week in order to see a significant change.)
