I’ve been ordering from Mr. Noodle for years now. Their staff is extremely friendly and the food is fantastic for what it costs. I highly recommend the phở, it’s unexpectedly the best phở in town.

Stopped in here on my way to the theater up the street. Very friendly and fast service. BBQ chicken, rice, vegetables and an appetizer. All were very fresh and tasty. Thai ice tea was great too. I have a seat next to the window, and it was a very nice lunch before the theater.

Ok I’m just going to go out here and give Mr. Noodle 5 stars. For what you pay(i.e. not a lot) and what you expect(i.e. a restaurant that doesn’t specialize in one Asian cuisine, but rather features A LOT of them) it’s good food; I personally like their Hainan chicken. Also, their Thai iced tea/coffee is really cheap! But I think the outstanding part of Mr. Noodle is their service. In contrast to Noodle World, I’ve never been disappointed with their service, and have always felt welcome. Overall, this is my go-to place for cheap Asian food.

I work in Westwood, came here for lunch. Let’s just say I judge Thai restaurants by their Pad Thai. And this place was ehhh. The service was quick so that was a plus on an hour lunch but I don’t think I’ll go back. I love my pad Thai and I was not a fan of theirs.

This place has been around in Westwood for quite some time and it’s pretty meh. Nothing too special in my opinion. During my numerous trips to Mr. Noodle, I’ve had the green/red curry, pad thai, and the pad see ew. All their food entrees didn’t really taste anything too special in my opinion. Pretty mediocre. I also don’t think that it comes out fresh or steaming hot. I will say that if you are craving the pad see ew and you are a UCLA student, then definitely get it at Mr. Noodle than Noodle World because the Noodle World’s pad see ew is pretty oily and gross. Pad see ew at Mr. Noodle is not that bad. I remember during one of my visits, I asked the waiter about the difference between red curry and green curry. He told me that red curry was hot and the green curry tasted like Mexican food. Ummm… isn’t this a Thai restaurant? HAHAHAHAHAHHA I died that night LOLOL. There is a minimum card fee if you are paying by card. Also, they offer delivery services for us struggling, college students. Staff is super friendly and attentive!

We were craving Mongolian BBQ but they closed down so we decided to stop here and it ended up being really tasty. I was not expecting that much from the place but from the moment we walked we were treated so well! When you are seated you are treated with complimentary little chips? Whatever they are called they are delicious try them and also put some sauce on them! I ended up ordering the Rainbow Pan Fried Noodles because I started to crave Chop Suey and that sounded the closest to it and it tasted similarly! The noodles were«glass» I had never had them before but would totally get them again. The plate does not look like a lot at first but it is a lot! We all finished our plates! My sister got the Pad Thai or some type of noodles with beef, I had a bite super delicious as well. Perfect place for a quick lunch :)

A solid neighborhood standby; I sometimes get a craving for pad see ew or tom kha soup; Mr Noodles’ versions are good and reliable, if pretty standard. Their beef noodle soup is above average, and a convenient go to for me when I’m craving this dish’s strong flavors. Not a destination restaurant(the beef noodle soup comes close) but a solid local place if I’m close by.

Their service is so friendly! I went in for take out and the gentleman taking my order was extremely nice and let me take my time deciding what I wanted. The food came out relatively quickly and I think it’s decently priced, especially for Westwood area. I ordered the chicken with mint leaves and it’s absolutely delicious. Right amount of spice and very hot. They also gave me a generous amount of rice too wrapped in foil which I’m guessing to make sure it’s still hot by the time I get home. Overall 5 stars and would come back again.

It’s good I’ve been here a few times. Friendly staff! The wait is not that long either on a busy day. Overall it’s a good place to eat something quick and decent Asian food.

I think my college experience would have been significantly worse without Mr. Noodle. Delivery Thai is one of the best things I have ever experienced. I have delivered from this place countless times and actually eaten there probably 5 times and I have so many good things to say. Mr. Noodle has amazing Thai food, is reliable/semi-fast(usually 35 – 45 mins) when it comes to delivering and is pretty cheap for the amount of food you get. One thing my friends and I have noticed is that the portions maayy be a little bigger when you order delivery(vs. eating in the restaurant), just FYI. Also if you hit a minimum when you deliver(I think like $ 15), you can get a free Thai iced tea!!! So make sure to ask for that. Because they are usually busy, sometimes they can be a bit distracted on the phone, but once you know your regular order & don’t have to ask any questions, its not a problem at all. The first few calls were a little frustrating though haha. I always get the Pad Kee Mau or Panang, and love them so those are what I recommend. As for the place itself, it isn’t super fancy or anything but its convenient, clean and quick!

Have you ever been hungover on a Sunday afternoon, hungry, head pounding, you close your blinds but the light coming through the cracks still feels like a thousand burning suns pounding your alcohol ridden body? You reach for your car keys to drive to McDonalds but you whiff and fall out of your bed, face-planting onto the floor. This might be it for you. Your downward spiral of life could be coming to final, depressing finish… But wait! You reach for your phone! And you take it in your hand and with a weak final gasp you cry out«Siri, call Mr. Noodle!» And 30 – 40 minutes later you have a kind gentleman knocking at your door serving you Pad See Ew with the special that comes with an egg drop soup and an egg roll! You’ve survived! And will be back in the same situation a week from now. Thank you, Mr. Noodle.

I give this place 3.5−4 stars. Mr. noodle is very similar to noodle world, which is just a few blocks away. I personally prefer the food at noodle world(love their hainan fried chicken dish) but I like the ambience at mr. Noodle better. Came here today, on a Friday around 6:45pm, and got seated right away. The food came out even faster than some fast food places like in n out and el pollo loco, which was great cuz we were super hungry. Bf and I ordered Thai boat noodles with egg noodle and the yellow chicken curry. Portions are large, food was tasty, and prices were reasonable. Our total came out to be around $ 22 for two which is not bad at all. Definitely would return since I live so close.

I came here on my lunch break, after the rush hour. I was in the mood for pad see yew, this combo comes with a soup or salad. The service was good and so was the food. I gets crowded here during lunch hour around noon. The prices are affordable.

I ordered spicy fried rice with chicken, shrimp. It was really very flavorful, good portion. It was worth it for $ 10 bucks. It’s crowded lunch time but that’s how you know it’s a good place to eat. So either order ahead for pick up or eat at the restaurant.

Decent college food fare. Also the closest Thai restaurant to campus. I like the glass noodle soup. Pad Kee Mao is a little spicy but a little sweet, reminds me a bit of Chinese beef chow fun noodles. Free parking can be tricky at night, but parking meters generally stop being enforced after 8pm.

Bittersweet memories. If I know you pesonally, I can tell you about it later. This is the first time I tried something that is not-noodle. The Tom Yum Soup is VERY good. The BBQ Ribs were very tender and very flavorful and is very large! As usual, the parking in this area sucks ass so bad. Some might consider this a bit overpriced…

Meh, I’ve always just had average experiences at Mr. Noodle. I’ve tried the pad see ew, pad thai, fried rice, and phở here. All have been just okay, but not at all authentic. I would usually rather go to a different Asian restaurant in Westwood unless I am meeting friends here. The space is comfortable and service is good. Servers are usually very nice and attentive. If only the food had a little more pizazz…

2.5 stars + plenty of dining space + prices are somewhat average + good location to be — not-so-clean bathroom — too much fatty beef in the beef salad — the homemade wonton wrap was overhyped — they didn’t have calamari the day we went — they don’t accept American Express

For the price, this is pretty much one of the better thai places in LA. The pad se eww is delicious — the meat at Thai Moon and other places is rough and chewy, but the beef here is tender. The coconut soup, tom kha, is delicious, and actually better than what I’ve had in Thai town. The pad thai is also quite good, and excellent when you add in some sriracha. The mongolian beef is also really good. I would also highly recommend the garlic and pepper wings, even if it’s not one of their«best sellers» However, this place is only good for its thai food. It’s hainan chicken and hainan beef are the worst I’ve ever had, but if you just come here for the thai food, it’ll be one of your best thai food meals for the money. I’ve been coming here since I started at UCLA back in 2006, and i’ve been coming back ever since.

Having been here many times over the years and for takeout, I really wanted to like it but I don’t. A recent visit reminded me not to come back because the food is just not very good. On a recent visit, I ordered the kungpao chicken lunch special. It comes with an eggroll, soup, rice and the entrée. The soup was an eggdrop soup. Not good at all. The rice was more wet than I like. The eggroll is OK. The kungpao chicken was flavorless and nothing like kungpao. I realize it’s a Thai restaurant here but it was so bland. The only thing I always enjoy here is their generous glass of Thai iced tea. No more lunch dates here if I can help it. It’s popular here with plenty of indoor seating and a few seats outside. There’s almost always a slight wait during the lunch rush. Service is friendly. My lunch was about $ 14 after tax. It’s not worth it.
