Alright decided to stop by randomly at this place since it was on our way home. since my daughter was hungry. It’s a clean place. Family friendly sometimes. First of all the the wait time for just 4 pupusas is ridiculous. We waited for over an hr and a half. We ordered 2 beans & cheese and 2 pork & cheese After a long wait and a long walk home. come to find out they made our order completely wrong. They gave us 2 pupusas ALL beans &2 pork pupusas. You would think after an hr and a half they would make our order right. HELL. Even perfect. and it wasn’t like it was packed. It was soo slow. Called and explain the lady who took our order. She was very helpful and even remembered our order. so it must have been some one else that fucked up our order. so customers service was good. Walked back in this bastardly heat to exchange our order. got our correct order. Got home. We weren’t even hungry anymore. if anything I was more thirsty than hungry at this point. They weren’t even that good. Meh.

What a nice secret on Pico Blvd! I’m surprised there are not more reviews here. They play loud music and has a huge projected screen. It’s too bad they are not using it to play ESPN… but news… really? Spanish news? haha. The food prices are very reasonable and the pupusa($ 2) is amazing! Margarita is only $ 4! There are too many reasons to like this place! 2 thumbs up!

This is probably my favorite Salvadoran restaurant in Los Angeles. The exterior of it, isn’t exactly the most awesome but I guess it’s part of their charm. I’ve been going to this restaurant for years with my family and we’ve even had them cater family gatherings. My favorite pupusas in Los Angeles, hands down. They’re affordable and don’t charge too much for rice flour pupusas(my favorite here). I usually only get frijol/queso pupusas with rice flour, in fact. The breakfasts here are a little pricier but well worth it.(try the Desayuno Pobre). They have excellent casamiento(nice and salty with some avocadoes diced on top) Other favorite items: Atol de Elote Empanadas Yuca Frita The jukebox at this restaurant is really LOUD. I mean, it’s hard to hear yourself talk. As much we’ve complained about how annoying it is, some of their customers go there just for that. Another FYI: A lot of lonely men go hang out at this restaurant. They put some money in the jukebox, order a cubeta or beer and get drunk. Just avoid sitting around them. They don’t bug you, they mostly just go to check out the waitresses and watch soccer games playing 24⁄7 on the tvs. Other than this minor discrepancy, I enjoy eating here.
