McDonald’s

Came through drive thru and the lady Veronica taking my order was in some kind of rush and did not allow me to modify my order. I had to wait till I got to the first window to do so, and then after that my order was never modified and it came or wrong and cold! Waited for it to be corrected and all they did was slap a piece of cold cheese on the cold burger. I then called and asked to speak to a mgr and I was passed around to about 3 different employees pretending to be a mr and laughing. Last girl on the phone pretending to be a mgr said she was the Mgr or gonna pretend since the mgr on duty doesn’t speak English only Spanish. Fine guess what bitch I fucking speak Spanish too so pass the phone over! The Spanish speaking mgr never came to the phone. I had to call back and spoke to a soft spoken gentlemen who told me to come back and he would make it right. Which he did.

I went there to get a soft drink at 9pm and they were already closing. Outside lights turned off and everything. They weren’t even serving at the drive thru even though they were still in there. All I wanted was a small Sprite, but I guess the employees wanted to leave early and decided not to adhere to normal business hours. I hear that it’s a regular occurrence at this location.
I wonder if corporate is aware of this? Well, they are now because I sent them a notice.
I drove to another location nearby and sure enough they were still open and had all their lights on.

Not the best service. Food brought out to my car, but no hello sorry for the wait. I asked them for sauce at the window, they didnt bring it out. Worse thing is you pay for large fries and you get half fries. Mc donalds is getting stingy. Not even worth fighting for it. I got home and saw half fries. I want my money back. but i guess you get what you pay for…

Was at the end of the drive through line and thought omg this is going to be forever there is like a million cars but it didn’t take forever it took pike what seemed two minutes it went crazy fast … Always go to my east LA McDonalds

The people that works here must not be able to read the order, you must check your order before leaving, you even check what’s in the box omg

Horrible costumer service, I was ignored. I wasn’t told my full total after I gave the worker a coupon. My fries were cold and hard they took 10 min to give me my food I would at least appreciate warm food. To top it off the girl that handed me my food was sweeping and picking up trash before and didn’t even wash her hands. DON’T EVER GO HERE! If you appreciate your hard earned money that you work for you won’t go here trust me.

The workers act like they just got hired off the street. The bums congregate in the back like if it’s their living room. And the ladies hauling in their 5 children at a time in tow unsupervised making the dining area a mad house, but don’t stand too close to their brats otherwise they would look at you as if you’re a criminal. And the food is terrible.

Seriously all bad. It’s hard enough finding a place to eat past midnight. You gotta treat and give better customer services to your consumers. We asked for Big Macs they said they had ran out of sauce. We make another selection «Chicken nuggets» took our order in rush, didn’t give us our total even when we asked. Simply said drive to the 2^nd window. We get there and it’s no credit card, cash only… what if I didn’t have cash or enough? Thank god its cheap and did. So hands us our order n closes the window. We beep n knock on their window to tell the guy (who by the way was the manager or supervisor wearing a black shirt) he asked what we needed? I said you didn’t ask us what kind of sauce for our nuggets? He says «I ALREADY GAVE YOU BBQ SAUCE» well I’m sorry but I wanted hot mustard. So apparently they make the choice for you. He seemed upset got only 2 hot mustards n closed the window. Um hello two orders of 20 peace just 2 hot mustards??? Smh. Never again I should of gone to Carl’s Jr next door… ex-​fan of Ronald.

If I could I will give this McDonald’s no stars. It took them almost 30 minutes just to give me a Frapp in the drive-​thru. There was only one car ahead of me and I’m pretty sure they didn’t order that much food! The guy that attended me was rude and didn’t care if I was satisfied or not. Never coming back to this nasty, disgusting, and rude McDonald’s ever! WORST OF THE WORST!!!

The worst mcdonalds I’ve been to in my life. Smells like feet all the time. There’s people selling pirated movies. Homeless walking in asking for money. The food is garbage, well what do you aspect from mcdonalds. Too many children running around.

This one is really bad, dirty, ghetto with ghetto people inside, just not very nice. Same feel as if you went to a Mcdonalds in Tijuana.

Why Or HOW is this place still open?! It is dirty, smells disgusting. Some little dude went and offered to sell me some mexican music pirated cds. It was Rather funny. I was seriously disgusted when i walked in. It smelled of rancid patchouli.

Seriously the overnight staff is horrible, there so rude. There’s this girl that always gives an attitude and hands my food in the most disrespectful manner. Never again will I come to this mcdonalds. Next time I will ask for her name and give my regards to her manager.

I like this location because I never have problems with my order, even if they are complex. The only time I had a problem (which wasn’t their fault), it was resolved, I asked a coworker to bring me back an iced coffee, and she brings me back actual black coffee with ice cubes in it. I went back to order it myself and they ended up giving me what I had intended to order free of charge, they remembered the order, thought it was strange, and just made it how she asked for it, not their fault. The only reason this place doesnt get 5 stars or even 4 is because of the eating area. I always get my orders to go, the place is littered with bums inside and out. You always see a shopping cart piled high with trash bags in front of the restaurant. I don’t even want to touch the door handles here. Its not really their fault, but there’s no way i’m eating inside this place.

The worse Mc Donalds ever. They just kinda make up their hours of operation as they go and the service is complete garbage!
