The worst Mcd’s location absolutely zero customer service you can even get a smile out of the people that work at the drive-through… They need to discipline their staff to give decent customer service

I can’t say they’re the worst or that it’s ghetto, it’s a pretty good McDonald’s, I like using the drive thru more than anything, they are pretty busy in the morning so expect a line but they’re pretty fast, I go here a couple of times per month and they rarely have made a mistake and I’m pretty picky and get crazy with my orders, so if you got a couple of bucks and you want something fast, then I guess it’s not too bad here.

False advertisement and horrible customer service! They are still displaying the bacon clubhouse and I was told«we dont have it» yeah short as that maybe a we apologize we are no longer serving it or we are out today could have been better when I asked about the display still same answer«we dont have it». Not the best customer service I would have been ok if the cashier would have approched the situation in a different manner

The EXACT same order from McD’s 1 mile away within 1 week… the prices at this location are 15% higher… and it’s a poorer area. this type of GREED amazes me. This franchise won’t see another penny of my money.

Ok it’s McDonald’s. Frys were under cooked but burger was good. But let’s face it if people want $ 15 an hour they better act like $ 15 an hour.

I would love to give a million reasons this place a deserves zero; not even a passing glance. But I digress from what the real problem is. My girlfriend and I decided to stop by this McDonalds before we head home. As we ordered from the drive-thru, a homeless man came up to us and asked us if we can get him food. He attempted to give us money, but we refused and told him we will buy it for him. So… Since they heard over the intercom, the manager refused our order because we were giving it to a homeless person. We were supposed to receive this food we were going use OUR own money to buy it with. This is money we have, that we will use, to get food and give it to this homeless man. What difference does it make if I order the food without the homeless man in sight? Obviously a discrimination crime. We asked for a supervisors number, and the manager gave us a false one. We’re currently waiting here, 11:30 in the evening, waiting for the police to get some justice out of this situation.(By the way, he threatened to call the police, so we decided to take matters in to our own hands and call them ourselves). The manager, Saul, shouldn’t be fired from his position for his unrighteous authority.

First of all, lady along order in drive through barely knew how to speak English. They didn’t give me my total until I got to the window. All I ordered was a sausage egg n cheese biscuit meal. Easy order. Get to the window, they hand us an entirely wrong order. Had us wait at the window for an extra 5 minutes. Then gave us the right food. Drove up about to leave when we noticed they forgot our hashbrown. Then we left and then we realized they forgot our straw as well. This trip should have taken us 90 seconds. Instead it took 10 minutes. Worst McDonald’s experience in a while. No apologies either.

Not a busy location so you can be in and out very quickly. I only come here for coffee and breakfast.

I love to magnify the American citizens and there businesses therefore mostly giving good ratings on those businesses who really deserve it. the reason why I’m so upset with agitation is because when you see the manager(meyli or meyeli) of a great strong American heritage fast food chain with a horrible attitude and really bad customer service somethings need to change. Who cares about the three cheeseburgers missing.
