Good place for breakfast and lunch, also best place for travelers since their drive is very fast, clean dining for children, spacious and great service. Best burgers and sundae…

No breakfast late night? The company is advertising it so planning is problematic at this place apparently

I got food poisoning from this McDonald’s and I had to miss my concert the night off, has to leave early because the meat was not cooked correctly. Don’t go here, it was so silly because I had to wait for the food and it was still not made correctly. I wish I could sue them. Ridiculous

Not the most desirable locations but gets the job done if you survive when you pass the drive thru line. Inside is not much better. It’s small and filled with tourists who don’t want to pay for a real meal on the Sunset Strip. I guess it’s good for travelers on a budget. We stopped in for some ice cream and as I was taking a picture, the cashier kept telling me I can’t take pictures. I did. #Thuglife

Terrible service. The manager gave us so much attitude because we asked for another drink because the drink was flat. And then there was an argument about what we ordered and asked to see our receipts again. Plus had to wait 10 minutes for the drive through order. Not impressed. Should be more specific about a ‘combo’ it doesn’t specify that it does not come with a drink. Manager was not helpful in anyway and was actually quite rude. We are regular McDonald customers but will now be taking our business elsewhere. — on top of all of that: there was no fanta available

This place is not so bad. Is is your average everyday McDonald’s. I’m not sure about some of the bad reviews(or the really good reviews for that matter). McDonald’s is a place everyone should try once. You can’t beat a McFlurry!

this is the first time that i’ve been to this location and i got breakfast. little do i know the service is bad and they don’t even have respect for your food. i don’t eat pork, i wanted them to replace the sausages and bacon with eggs, but they can’t, this is the very first time that happened. i am so upset how they give bad looks to you as well in this location. i’m never going back in this location. as a manager in this place during morning shift. i feel sorry for you.

Excelent customer service! i even got a free cookie. This place has a lot of seating due to it being two stories. The ambiance is perfect for a peaceful breakfast by your own or in a group. I would recommend this Mcdonalds to anyone.

This has got to be the worst customer service restaurant. I know McDonald’s doesn’t really have high customer service record anyway but this place takes the cake. I came here this morning for breakfast. After I had ordered I forgot I needed to order something else. So when I came up to the pick up window I told them I forgot to order something can I please add it onto my order. Two different ladies both told me no. Saying that they were too busy. So clearly they are too busy to make more money in other words. When I got my order it was wrong so I ended up having to drive back anyway to get my order fixed. Then I could order the rest of what I forgot. The ladies that worked there are just so rude and disrespectful. Maria was one of them and the other lady wouldn’t tell me her name. I highly recommend NOT going to this location. Unless you want to deal with rude people who do not even get your order right.

I used to bring my younger brother here for burgers, until I found an antidepressant in the bottom of my to go bag. Never went back afterwards.

So I live a half block away from this McDonald’s but rarely frequent it during afterhours when only the drive thru is open. I have many fond memories of California heatwave day trips to the interior of the restaurant for McFlurry’s where I’m usually greeted by very thoughtful cashiers and very thought-provoking installation art made of balloons, saran-wrapped vegetables, and empty cheeseburger containers. Apparently, night visits are a very different animal. It’s 1am, and I just went through the drive through with my roommate for a late night meal. We were greeted by a middle-aged woman who told us after we ordered two 10 piece chicken McNugget meals that there were only 6 chicken nuggets within the establishment(and that they were not going to make any more because they were trying to close). First of all, they don’t close until 3am. Second of all, a different employee came towards the order window and said that they did indeed have more nuggets, and our cashier told him to be quiet, and then told us he was talking about something else. This was enough of a Lynchian experience to rub any average customer the wrong way, but my roommate, wanting to avoid a scene, asked me to stay calm. So I did. And I ordered a McFlurry to make up for the gaping void of nugget my stomach was soon to experience. I was then told that there was no more ice cream. So I couldn’t have that either! Giving up on any semblance of professionalism/“fast food” mentality on McDonald’s part, we went ahead with the remainder of our order, which included a large coke(this was mentioned 3 times during our order), and even that was not given to us at the delivery window. I don’t really know what else to say except this was truly the worst service I’ve ever gotten anywhere. I wouldn’t complain except that it’s a McDonald’s and by definition should be easy, non-judgmental, and amply-stocked(because it’s not real food to begin with)!

Just a thought-how about using a cashier that speaks English as this is America and I don’t speak another language.

3 star is pretty accurate for this mc Donald. It is seldom busy. The service is ok. The coffee is not as fresh. Nothing that sticks to mind. Still the location is what take you here.

The only thing I hate about this McDonald’s is the drive thru. It’s ridiculously small and funny shaped. Inside was remodeled a few years ago but it’s getting a bit run down already. It’s 2 floors which you don’t see often. There’s like hardly any seating on the first floor but plenty on the 2nd. Cleanliness is so so that’s why I always get my food to go. And it’s McDonald’s so the food is alright. You can’t beat the dollar drinks.

I’m sure many of you are saying: A McDonalds is a McDonalds is a McDonalds, but thats just not true. I still have a fondness of the larger Ronald McDonald and friends filled McDonalds restaurants from my childhood, or the ones with those play places areas from my late childhood. I’m not really a fan of the restaurants that got the vintage 50’s style revamps. So what kind of McDonalds is this one? a tiny one. Not only is it small but it has one of the strangest drive-thru windows, which requires you to drive through a skinny alleyway that cuts through the strip mall. As for the food? Well, McDonalds is a McDonalds is a McDonalds. We once had a junk food party at our place, filled with the worst food. We went to this McDonalds to order $ 80 worth of fast food for the party, and the person taking the order didn’t even think twice when we ordered 20 hamburgers. And everything came out super fast. You would think this would be an odd occurrence at this place but they acted like it happens quite often and were quick to handle the large request.

The worst McDonald’s I have ever been at. The sandwiches were terribly made. The Filet-O-fish came with a HALF slice of cheese. Not kidding! I opened the sandwich looking for the rest of it. The place is dirty. Trash all over the floor and a mop left right in the middle of the restaurant between tables.

I really wish that there was a McDonalds in the hub of West Hollywood. Granted, it might be challenging for a guy to get a dollar sausage mcmuffin with all those judging gay abdominals. But I’d push through. I’ve driven by here a million times, never stopped. But yesterday morning I was starving, had exciting lunch plans, and didn’t want to eat a REAL breakfast anywhere. Interesting layout. Very non-McDonalds-ey. Two floors, bathrooms upstairs, narrow scary looking drive-through tunnel. Anyway, I was in an out, my food was consistent(delicious, it’ll kill you, et. al.), and my hunger abated.

Are ya claustrophobic? Then don’t come here! Yech… Was at my optometrist down the street and had Joey in the car so swung by Micky Ds for some fast drive by food. Yikes. You go through a dark narrow tunnel inside of which is the order window, then you proceed toward the end of the tunnel to pick up your stuff. Then you exit into the light(whew) and either make a sharp right or left to get out of the place! When it’s not crowded the parking’s okay if you want to park outside. When it’s crowded, good luck to ya then. Right at the corner of Sunset and Crescent Heights in the strip mall. I don’t stop at McD;‘s very often but next time I’ll find a different one to go to.
