This is honestly the WORST mailbox center EVER !!!
Mark seems nice in person and on the phone, but nothing but lies come out of his mouth.
When you pay for 2 day priority shipping and tracking, you would expect to get these services. Well not here.
Mark was supposed to text me the tracking number when my package left. He never did. When I called the next day, he claimed that his phone was «frozen» and couldn’t text me the number. So take the battery out, or restart your phone. (not rocket science)
By noon the following day, and 4 phone calls later, I was able to get a tracking number from him.
2 days later and still no tracking info for my package. It just says the postal service was electronically notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing.
Why is there no acceptance scan, or departed from post office ???
I wouldn’t be surprised if my package is still at this shitty facility, and hasn’t even gone out yet.
oh, and now that he knows my phone number… he ignores the calls, when I’m simply trying to figure out if my package has even gone out yet. My customer is pissed, and this reflects terribly on me. Just go to the POST OFFICE instead. Lesson learned !!!
AVIOD THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS !!!

This place is in my neighborhood and I have patronized them in the past — but will never again. I always thought their prices for packing/​materials were a little high, but it was a price I was willing to pay for convenience.
On Wednesday, April 9, I took materials to be shipped to a couple friends; one in Alaska, one in Texas. I paid about $ 40 for packing and Priority Mail. I became concerned when neither package arrived by Saturday, very concerned when neither arrived on Monday, and irritated enough to go back over when nothing showed up on Tuesday. When I got to the shop on Tuesday afternoon the door was being held open with a stop but the afternoon employee said she was closed.
This morning (a full week later) I popped into the shop to express my concern. The guy who runs the place actually said, «Yeah… the post office is accepting Priority Mail payments but just sending them through their normal system — that’s why I keep track of things.»
Which was his undoing. A few hours later my friend in TX alerted me that the package had arrived (and as the owner told me was scheduled). I asked her to verify that the package had Priority Mail postage on it. It did. Then she added a detail that I had not considered: she told me that the date on the postage was April 11 — two full days after I had been in the shop.
I went back over this afternoon to inquire. The woman who works in the afternoons is deaf and refuses to get hearing aids so she’s very difficult to work with. Using my best «stage voice» I asked her when the package was picked up. Turns out that it was not given to USPS until Saturday.
I contend that the owner of this shop is a liar, and anyone going in should know this. He sells a lot of collectibles; if you’re going there to make that kind of purchase, I think you should be wary. He told me to my face that USPS was to blame for the late delivery when it was his shop that held my packages until Saturday.

If you need a place for your mail to be delivered, this is as good as it gets. «Why?», you ask? I will tell you why. Problem #1: I have a computer business and receive parts almost every day, but I am at my clients’ offices all the time, so I am not in a place to receive packages. I got a mailbox from Mark & Chantal and voila, problem solved! They call me when something important or bulky arrives, and they even have after-​hour lock boxes so that I can come by and get them after they are closed. Problem #2: I have a tiny mailbox at home that fills up with junk mail and my important mail gets lost of smashed. I got a mailbox from Mark & Chantal and voila, problem solved! I have a big mailbox that never gets any of that stupid junk mail the post office loves to deliver. Two big headaches solved in one shot. They even have notary service and a computer to use if you need it. I have been renting a mailbox for over three years and I am really glad to have found them. I highly recommend you check them out if any of this applies to you.
