Headquarters Salon did the excellent job. I get what I expected for my hair. This is my first time here and can tell you it’s not my last.
All the staff here is friendly. What a professional and high class salon that treated customers well. One of their staffs immediately accommodates and asked me if what I want for my hair look like. So I showed her what I wanted. She listened everything what I say. After finished cutting my hair. I see the great results. She did exactly more than what I expected for my hair. She did a wonderful job. I forgot her name, but I just want to thank her for such doing a job well done. :D Especially to the Assistants, I forgot their names but I thoroughly enjoyed the wash, massage and the blow dry. The price I pay for their service is really worth it. I leaved happy and satisfied with my hair. Thanks. HQ Salon.

Cinda is the best here at Headquarters Hair Salon! I trust Cinda cutting my hair as well as my families hair. She has saved my 13 year olds «home» chop hair cut she did herself.

Ok, I will be brief but complete. This place is great! Lori helped bring my hair back from a bad cut months before. THAT person shall remain nameless and does not work at HeadQuarters. The people at HeadQuarters are sweet and care about what you look like when you leave AND two days later. All I wanted was a cut to flatter my face and no blow dry. (Imagine be angels singing) I got exactly what I wanted! Most importantly, a week later, it is still great, manageable (I do nothing) and flattering as even my husband commented how nice it was and he never notices usually. Thank you again!

I got a great SHORT haircut at Headquarters Salon. As noted with my color review in 2011, I’m slow to change. This haircut has been getting rave reviews! Thanks, Lori, for your incredible work!

This salon is a hidden jewel! It’s nestled on a small, block long, street in Westchester, Ca, that if you’re lucky to have an appointment on a Friday has an awesome food truck fair!
The salon is clean and airy! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You have questions? They have answers! They actually have answers! Color, cut, extensions, wash and set, styling? They do it all! I had Cinda color, condition, straighten and cut my hair and I was in and out in a timely manner, treated with respect and looked like a superstar!
My hair event lasted until I returned 2 weeks later!!!
I have seen a difference in the health of my hair since I’ve been going to Cinda and can’t imagine gambling with my crop anywhere else!
I absolutely recommend Cinda and the people over at HeadQuarters if you want a new look, maintain a look, or regain the look and integrity of your natural hair.

I love going to headquarters salon and seeing my hair stylist Cinda. She cuts and color my hair color just the way I lIke it. I ALWAYS! look fabulous after she finishes up. I can’t wait until my next appointment with her.

I love this salon and Cinda is amazing with cuts and color. Her versatility with all ethic hair is on point. I love the location, it’s like taking a trip back in time. People walking to the near by businesses and restaurants. Reminds me of a NORMAN ROCKWELL portrait. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I’m pretty protective over my hair, so entrusting anybody with cutting it is something I’m hyper critical of. But, that being said, I trust Lori completely with making sure that I’m getting exactly what I want.
I’ve let her cut it short after years of having the length to my waist, and some very subtle coloring, though I know if I decide I want a more drastic change, I can absolutely trust Lori’s skills. She’s very easy to talk to and takes her time with the cut. She also does a really nice wash before cutting.
Very fair pricing and would recommend to all of my friends.

I go to Lori for my cut and she is fabulous, very gifted in her work. I’m particular about my hair and Lori is a perfectionist. She listens to what I want and knows how to make it happen, even better than what I expected. She’s fantastic with color as well. My highlights come out perfect every time, with no toner required. She’s that talented! And I love Stephanie for my blowouts. She works fast and does an amazing job. And she’s funny. I love this salon and highly recommend them!

Just had my haircut by Lori, she is fantastic. Since I have been around the block with hair stylists I know a great cut when I get one. She not only gives a superior cut but has a terrific positive attitude. I have recommended her to others and have always gotten positive feedback.

I’ve been going to Headquarters for a few years now. Lori is a wonderful hair stylist. She is able to get my hair exactly the way I want it, every time. I’m a man, over 40, and have salt and pepper hair that can get wavy, and even curly, when it gets long. She is able to cut it to the length I want, every single time.
She has even been able to do well something I had considered for a long time: color my hair. I wanted it to look natural, not solid color like a lot of middle aged men I see around. It still looks natural, and I am very happy with the results.
I even brought my mom there. She is 79, and also loves Lori.
The combination of her sweet personality, and her talent, makes her the only hair stylist I will go to.

I’ve been getting my haircut here for years and every time I enter that salon I am excited and every time I leave I am excited. Lori and her team are always so kind and create such a great environment for a full beauty experience. All I do is tell Lori what I have in mind, maybe show her a picture and viola! She always makes me look wonderful and gives me just what I’m looking for.

Just had my second great haircut with Charlene at Head Quarters in the Westchester Triangle. Wash, cut, and a quick blow dry for only $ 24! She really takes her time, knows what she is doing with my short hair, and is a very sweet lady. I feel like I hit the jackpot finding a friendly, local salon with great prices.

Visited this hair salon for the first time. I just moved to L.A. and needed a hair cut for a potential interview.
When I first arrived, I didn’t see too many people inside so I was unsure. When I entered, I was welcomed by Lori. She was very friendly and made sure I got my hair cut the way I wanted it.
I didn’t expect a luxurious shampooing before my hair was cut. That was very nice. When she cut my hair, she made sure it was the length I wanted before continuing.
I will definitely go back to this salon again.
