Best Termite company I ever worked with !! As a real estate agent we want things done accurately and fast. Frank and his team are always a step ahead. Their reports are in my email same day of inspection! I will always recommend Frank to my fellow realtors and family !

WARNING WITH THIS GROUP!!!
I called for information only — was only asking for a price quote and asked if they could treat ASAP, but never did I give authorization. Frank told me that he could treat for sub-​terrain termites and ALL the TRASH cleaned out for ~$ 900. Since i was busy at work, I told Frank I would call him back later. Well within a couple of hours of my initial conversation, I talked to Frank again and he straight told me my apt was already being treated. I was very upset because he began treatment on my rental complex WITHOUT my consent.
I figured okay I’ll pay him… NOT!!! A few days later I went to my complex and checked underneath, I noticed a big pile of trash — easily I could fill about three large trash bags. I immediately called Frank to complaint but his story was that he meant wood trash only. Dude you should have specified that from the get go!!!
If you are reading this… just be careful if you ever decide to do business with this guy; he knows what he talks about, obviously, but he is very misleading and could potentially go do work without your authorization — and will threat to put a lean on your house if you don’t pay.
GET IT IN WRITING FIRST — Make sure he puts every single detail.
BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE FRANK!!! I AM SURE YOU KNOW YOU I AM!

I would give minus stars if I could.
This company was paid upfront $ 2,500 to fix window and garage frame termite damage. They took the money and «fixed» one side of one of eleven windows and left us with the rest as it was before. A second termite inspector looked at this and disagreed with Frank & Sons, but I could not hire him because Frank & Sons was supposed to do the job and had the money already. They seem to intentionally cut corners to take in money without doing the job at the homeowner’s expense. Now they are discussing what they want and do not want to do even though the report was clear in what needs to be fixed. After numerous calls and them coming out a second time (3 weeks after the first time), but oh no, not to fix it, just to inspect it again, I have had it and told them I will report them if they do not reimburse me as the homeowner so that I can hire another termite company.
I will follow-​up and report whether I will report them to the Board or whether they complied and reimbursed me.
Stay away from this company, since it is nothing but trouble you do not need.
BTW, the other review about this company is done by «Junior S.», who essentially is the company itself. So, go figure why it has 5 stars.
