Good donuts. There open late and very friendly staff. It’s my go to spot for munchies. They are in the same shopping center of my favorite smoke shop, so convenient.

Not the best donuts. Far overpriced! I got 6 donuts and stopped eating 3 after the first bite, tastes old.

Best coffee in all of WEHO! Love their bagel sandwiches too!!! They key to this place is the warm welcoming you get each time you go! they’re so nice and make it a mission to really make you feel welcomed and to look forward every time you go! Love this little gem!

Overall, this donut shop is pretty classic. It’s simple and to the point. The cashier and greeter is quick and doesn’t care too much to conversations. FYI, it’s a minimum of five dollars if you’re using your debit card. Brig cash if you’re not looking for much, I bought a cup of coffee, sand which, and donut for 5.75. Pretty stoked about that! Nice place to come and hang out if you’re hung over and leaving the bar since it’s one of the only donut shops in the area that closes late! Haha

When I use to visit my cousin that lived up the street from their original location I fell in love with their crushed ice and tasty(wink wink) donuts. I love supporting quality mom & pop shops and this is my go to now that I live nearby. The location they moved to is nice & clean and their donuts are just as good

Came here one night after eating dinner down the street at Basix. Wanted something sweet and donuts are the best thing to satisfy that sweet tooth. After Unilocaling the closest donut shoppes, Tasty was the only thing open. They had 4 stars. I walked in and the guy was in the back. He came out; I ordered two glazed donuts, but realized I have enough cash. You need to have at least $ 5 worth of items to use your card. He convinced me to get 4 more. So I bought a half dozen for $ 4.99. The red velvet donuts were pretty good. I ate it the next day. My friend said it was the bomb as she had hers that night when it was still warm and fresh made. The glaze weren’t fresh so I didn’t have a great experience. I will have to give Tasty another shot on another day. This wasn’t the best time or experience although I see the potential. Parking is good. They stay open late. Prices are very good for the hip and pricey West Hollywood area.

Best people, best donuts, best coffee, best prices. That sums it up perfectly– this is truly a gem of a donut shop in West Hollywood– added bonus they’re almost always open… And the customer service is second to none.

Soft fluffy fried goodness. The service is always incredibly friendly here. Donuts aren’t the best but at awkward hours you’ll take what you can get. Sandwiches also tasty if you’re looking for a cheap and quick meal.

Stopped by here after seeing it listed on a review site for«best hidden donut spots of LA». We got a half dozen variety. The outcome is not much to brag about. A bit dry overall(perhaps because it was later in the night) and typical all around. Have had much better and worse. Found everything about the experience, taste, quality and variety to be simply mediocre…

Came here after a night of debauchery in the area. I think I bookmarked it only because it has a great rating, but overall it did not live up to its(current) 4.5-star rating. Walking in, it was a rather small place, which is actually fairly normal for donut shops. What killed it, though, was a kind of monotony of the donuts. The variety wasn’t there; there was no flair, nothing that stood out! Same old same old glazed, twists, sprinkles, chocolate covered, etc. I ended up getting two glazed, a twist, a raspberry jelly, a glazed cake, and crumble bear claw. Final verdict — passable But I’ll give it two stars because the man behind the counter was really nice! He gave me 5 regular and the bear claw for the price of half dozen, $ 5!Maybe it was just an off night?

I gotta be honest with you, I have been scared to come in here. See, I live around the block and I kinda have a problem with donuts. Most donut shops I can easily avoid, but there are these specialty shops popping up all over(Voodoo in Portland, Psycho in San Jose, DK in Santa Monica) and they are just making my life a torturous hell.(for an example, see my review of DK here: ) A few months ago a friend went into Tasty Donuts and later told me that they had, among other creations, a bacon maple bar. Suddenly I got scared. The only thing that prevents me from exploding in a cloud of diabetes from those aforementioned donut shops is that I live too far from them to go on the reg, but around the corner? Fuck me! Anyway, obviously I’ve succumbed or I wouldn’t be writing this review now would I? I am leaving for another tour in a month and I figure I’ll be safely away from town if it does turn out to be amazing. And let me say that I was afraid of this place for nothing. The donuts are fine, but resistible. The bacon maple bar was good, but again, I think I’ll be okay living a block away from it.

On National Donut Day I came to Tasty Donuts and Café and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the donuts. They were a lot softer and had a fluffy texture whereas I was expecting, based on appearances, that I would be getting run-of-the-mill pink box donuts which are typically hard and bland. This place is a old school café, about the size of a closet, and with a menu that screams donut shop. The Asian ladies that work here are super nice and even gave me a few donut holes in my half-dozen($ 4.99). The blueberry and old-fashioned donuts were the best out of the half dozen I tried. I am bummed I didn’t get to try their vaunted and raved about buttermilk donuts and I think my rating would go up higher if I had a chance to try them. They weren’t the best donuts I’ve ever had but to get them in the afternoon when most of the donuts were sold-out, I thought they were still better than most places I’ve been. I’d put it a notch below SK, DK’s, and Kettle Glazed in terms of local donut places. But I would put it above places like Randy’s. Recently though, I’ve found the best donuts are probably in the OC unfortunately. Will come early next time. Plus, they have a parking lot so that’s always a plus. Right across from Connie and Ted’s.

I was craving donuts and thought about yum yum donuts. Then I decided, you know what, let’s try something new. These donuts are so good that they taste homemade! Best donuts ever!

Small donut shop that also has sandwiches. I stopped by for half a dozen donuts: 2 jellies, cinnamon roll, chocolate, glaze, and a cruller. Service was good, and the store itself seemed pretty clean, but I wasn’t too impressed with their donuts. Based on their other good reviews, perhaps I chose the wrong donuts? I’m a big fan of jelly donuts though, so if a store doesn’t get that right, then I really have no incentive to return. However, service was good, so if you’re in the area and are craving donuts, try them out. Maybe they’ll be more to your liking.

I got an iced coffee and 3 donuts for $ 5.37 Daaaaaamn. I came a little be late in the afternoon but the younger lady was very helpful and told me when the best times were to come. Donuts and coffee were great. Even better for that price. Definitely a comeback spot if I’m in the area. Free parking too!

You know, it doesn’t look like much from the street, but this donut place is absolutely amazing. You’ll find it next to Connie and Ted’s, in a little strip mall. It’s a tiny little shop, just a couple of tables inside for seating. But OMG, the donut selection is fantastic, and they’re open late. They have an amazing blueberry doughnut that is just right without being cloying. and there’s always a big selection of frosted donuts, things with sprinkles, cake style, etc. etc. They also do their own version of a cronut. Bottom line, if you’re looking for cheap, delicious fried treats, this is the place. Best donuts in West Hollywood, no doubt.

This is a little gem!!! Came here at 11:30 pm after dinner. Just wanted a good sweet donut. This was hands down one of the best buttermilk donuts I have ever had! The server was super nice and patient(since I took so long to choose my selections). The French curler donut donut was also very fresh and yummy. You must visit !!! I would have posted pics, but they were eaten way too fast.
