The prices are higher than what the décor allows for. I was surprised enough that I checked my receipt. The food tasted good to above average. I’d rated it a C+. Price I’d rate a D. There are no chairs anywhere. Everything is stools. Bathrooms were clean. There are free refills on the sodas and a chip and salsa bar which is why it got a 2 star rating. For the price I’d expect them to bring the food to the table but they don’t even do that.

The Carne asada is the bomb. My favorite burrito anywhere. In the strip mall adjacent to the blue wave car wash. Get a burrito whilst your car is being cleansed. Win win.

Delicious mexican food! We went there for lunch and everything we tried was so good. I had enchiladas, which I definitely recommend. People I went with had other dishes such as the world famous burrito or the vegie one and everyone liked it so much! I would definitely go back if I happen to be close to UCLA!

Tastes just like home made… the meat is being grilled right in front of your eyes. The salsas are fresh and really good!

Eduardo’s Border Grill is my favorite Mexican spot in West LA. It’s located on Westwood Blvd and Santa Monica Blvd in a little shopping center. They do have a free parking lot that’s usually a disaster during the day. There’s street parking that I always seem to find a free spot at. The actual restaurant is cute. Tables with bar stool seats and an unlimited salsa bar in the corner. My favorite is the pico de gallo, but my mom always goes for the unique mango salsa! Now the food is amazing! I’ve tried the steak tacos, and while the price may seem a bit steep for a taco(over $ 3 each) they pick it with so much meat that it makes sense! My go-to is the original steak burrito, mild, at just under $ 10. While it may seem a bit small, again it’s loaded with meat. And the meat is so so soooooo good! You also have the option of ordering it mild or spicy… I’m pretty sure the only difference is the salsas they use! Also, every meal comes with yummy and fresh tortilla chips. Overall, if you’re looking for a Mexican fix on the west side, here’s a place you should definitely try!

Well, I tried to place a large catering order today for the office as we’ve ordered it once in the past. The dude that answered the phone didn’t speak English very well, said they weren’t open, and quite frankly didn’t seem to understand what I was asking for. Kind of a bummer because the food is actually pretty good. Based on this experience, I guess they don’t want our business anymore.

This is my favorite place to get a burrito in all of Los Angeles. I always get the Shrimp Burrito. The shrimp is always cooked perfectly and with the combo of cheese, rice and guacamole, it creates a harmonious balance of flavor. Warning: the tortillas do tend to fall apart halfway through but you just eat the rest with a fork. Their salsa bar is also amazing. I’m not a big spice fan but their medium salsa is super flavorful. I also LOVE the mango salsa. The chips are delicious.

I have never gotten the chance to try the food here and unfortunately I don’t think I ever will since my boyfriend who frequents this place often, got food poisoning from a chicken burrito It’s too bad this incident had to happen since I wanted to try the food here :/but I wouldn’t want to risk getting sick.

Why have I not found this taco place from my area?! Fast, delicious, fresh and clean. They load their tacos up! Nobody is stingy with meat here. Amazing salsa bar! You choose your onion and cilantro and salsa which is super convenient because I like a lot. The customer service was great! The cashier was quick and helpful. They had my tacos done in less than 2 minutes. I recommend it and will be back

I swear… you Angelinos are SO spoiled! I wish this place was near my neighborhood in South Orange County. I’m working the night shift around here and needed a quick place to eat that had PARKING. So I figured Mexican food is safe. Man! This ‘Border Burrito’ is DELICIOUS! I got steak and chose ‘spicy’ which it’s a perfect amount. The guacamole is way above average and the ‘V8 salsa’ is AWESOME and I’m a salsa snob. I’ll be back to try the other items on the menu, for sure! This place’s food is WAY better than Pawuito Mas(misspelled on purpose)

All the ingredients tasted fresh: the chicken, the beans, the rice, the sauces, the vegetables. The portions were very reasonable for the price. If you’re looking for a big delicious greasy burrito, this isn’t really your place. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced burrito with fresh ingredients where you can taste the difference in flavor among the various components, this is a good spot to check out.

Eh. Just eh. I had a steak quesadilla here. It was standard. Then I came back and ordered another steak quesadilla. This one was god-awful. Meat was scarce, and dry. Tortilla seemed stale, not like a good, clean crisp. But actually stale. I asked them for a new quesadilla, and they obliged, with a fantastic steak quesadilla. Why the 2 star rating. What business gives you 3 completely different representations of a steak quesadilla? Eduardo’s does. Go across the street to the yellow food truck. Now that place is radical!!!

Although this place has become a staple when I’m craving a burrito, I still maintain that West LA has no good Mexican food. Please prove me wrong; suggestions are welcome! I usually get the shrimp burrito or the border burrito, and a ton of salsa(see photo). The mango salsa goes well with the shrimp burrito. And as for the border burrito, I usually get a whole variety from the salsa bar to spice things up. I like that they take credit cards and the turnaround time is quick– I usually call in for pick up and it’s ready within 10 minutes. I’ll say give this place a try, but I’m still on the search for the best burrito on the west side!

Little Mexican dive in a strip mall. The BBQ chicken burrito had a nice smoky flavor and was tasty. The chips were fresh, as was the horchata. The salsas in the salsa bar were also interesting and fresh. I appreciated the fresh food and how everything seems to be made to order. It just didn’t wow me.

As one who’s not a fan of burritos, I wasn’t rushing over to SM and Westwood to try Eduardo’s. But, a friend recommended the border burrito so on a rainy day in LA, I headed over there to check it out. With the aroma of seasoned chicken being cooked on the grill behind the counter in the air, Eduardo’s appeared to be pretty popular with a line of folks waiting to order. The efficiency of the place was great and my food was ready less than 10 minutes after I placed my order. The border burrito with steak was $ 9.21 with tax and it came with a handful of chips and access to their impressive salsa bar which had everything from pico de gallo to peppers, mild and spicy salsas, lemon and lime wedges, cilantro, and other toppings. The burrito was hefty and filled to the max with steak, black beans, sour cream, guacamole, and rice. You definitely get your money’s worth there! Everything inside the tortilla was very well seasoned and the chips were fresh and crispy. There was plenty of seating inside, the place was clean and the salsa bar was tidy. 3 stars for the burrito, 1 star for the salsa bar and –1 star because the burrito was soggy,(which is a personal issue for me).

I love LOVE this place! It’s next to my favorite car wash(Blue Wave) so I drop my car off and head into Eduardo’s for grilled chicken perfections. There are 2 things I like most: 1) The meat — I don’t know how it’s prepared but I do know it’s grilled to perfection. Since this is the main ingredient, it’s the most important part. Chicken is my favorite but they are all good. 2) The salsa — At one time I dated a guy from Mexico and he told me you can judge a good mexican place by it’s salsa bar. If the salsa is so-so, the food will be so-so. I love all of their salsas but the Salsa Verde is my favorite. It’s spicy(unlike most) and exceptional. Besides that, they have excellent fast, friendly customer service and good parking. I have recommended a few friends and they all come back with rave reviews. Try it out, you won’t regret it. :)

They take credit cards! They even take AMEX woohoo! I ordered the steak plate and really enjoyed the meat’s texture and flavor. The steak plate is huge and comes with rice beans tortilla and chips. I got full off of eating the steak alone. They have various sauces you can grab for the side. I like how this place offers lemon AND lime. I heard the burritos are good here but my coworkers griped about how it is too small. My one coworker ordered a burrito and also ordered another order of quesadilla because he couldn’t get full off of one burrito. Interior is very mom and pop shop.

Surrounded by trial and error, albeit failures, Eduardo’s has survived 20+ years and I live to tell about it. In a little strip mall, just south of Santa Monica blvd, they are the only place that has survived the storms of life over the years. Long and somewhat narrow, heeds a delightful little Mexican eatery. No, it’s not as slick as Chipotle, Baja Fresh, not even El Pollo Loco, but it’s been serving up quality food for decades. I love, love, love one of their burritos. White meat chicken, with rice, black beans, salsa, and sour cream. It’s packed, and it’s hard to eat it all in one sitting. It’s way amazing waaaayyy back years ago, and recently when I went again, it was the same greatness. In the far back, is a salsa bar. With what you would find at other places: regular, spicy, verde, Pico de gallo, etc — and while those are all great and fresh, it’s the mango one that has me most excited. If your tired of the chains, and you want something other than Taco Bell, try this out for size. I think you’ll be pleased. Super nice gents work here, too.
