Great food and great quality. I get a breakfast sandwich almost every morning and it’s all made with real bacon, real eggs, etc. Friendly service. I work in the building so it’s hella convenient, but if you’re in the area and want a cheap lunch/breakfast I would recommend coming here before going to even Noah’s or Starbucks.

Wow… came in the other day for the half sandwich and soup lunch special and it was super delish so I’m back again today! Got the turkey chilli and mesquite turkey on ciabatta bread! This boar head deli meat is something very special and now holds a place near my heart! When they say the meat makes the sandwich, they are correct. In researching the meat, I found that they sell the meat at Ralph’s. So my sandwich, this delicious thing I firmly hold in between my hands with lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos, mayo & provolone cheese gently laid between toasted ciabatta bread was love at first sight! The warmth of the bread melts the cheese which oozes outside and drips along the side of the other toppings. The sandwich made the rest of my work day pleasant and I was able to continue productive work instead of an immediate food coma! The establishment is clean and the cashier is very cordial. This precious hidden gem is something I wasn’t sure that I wanted to review for fear that others will come, however I have since left the area and this place is to good to keep to myself. Go to Dyllans, you’ll be glad you did.

This place used to use fresh ingredient and I loved them but now they use old vegetable for their salad. I recently bought salad and salad was black color. Disappointing.

Great food, excellent service. Their Chicken Pesto Panini is the best! Very satisfying. A great place to stop by for a quick bite to eat if you work nearby or are in the area.

This is my first Unilocal review and I’ve been meaning to review other places. That alone should give you a sense of my reaction after eating at this place. Typically I like sandwiches that use quality meat, not the slimy meat that is the result of mass production. I’ve tried other sandwich shops in the Westwood area(Fat Sals, Whole Foods, Jersey Mikes, KB Home cafeteria, Coffee & Bean, Trimana, etc… you get the point) and this is the one place that I would go back to before any of the other places listed above(unless I’m in the mood for a typically Fat Sal’s loaded sub). It’s just an overall quality sandwich which I believe is a result of using the ‘Boars Head’ meat.

dyllan’s deli is tucked away downstairs in the«u.s. bank» building on wilshire blvd & glendon in westwood. the folks who run the place are nice and friendly. the deli is kept clean and tidy. they have a self-service soda fountain which is a rarity in westwood. the big difference between dyllan’s deli and other nearby office building eateries is the big selection of sandwiches. they even have peanut butter & jelly sandwiches!!! and, the egg salad sandwiches are probably the best in the area. even though my office building has a cafeteria, and, even though there are other restaurants closer to my office, i’ll walk over to dyllan’s for the good service and good food.

Dyllan’s Deli is practically hiding in the first floor of an office building in Westwood. But for the hurried worker with only 15 or 20 minutes for lunch, this place is a godsend. My favorite lunch is the half sandwich and soup for an oh-so reasonable $ 7.13($ 6.50 plus tax). There is a very nice lady at the register who takes your order, and she is helped by 1 cook. The serve only Boar’s Head cold cuts, and i gotta say, it’s pretty good stuff. It’s a little less commercial than Corner Bakery, so if you like the same type of food made with a little more TLC, this is the place. The eating area is always very clean, and they are open for breakfast, too. They have self-service drinks and raspberry iced tea is available, so it always requires a little bit of self-control on my part. A regular part of my lunch rotation, especially when I’m in a crunch for time between meetings!
