This place is hidden next to the JEP house on Trousdale. I went to try out their paninni and boba. The staff was pretty friendly and helpful with recomending food. I got the easy Italian paninni and the matcha boba. The paninni was pretty tastey because it had cheese and different types of cured meats. The bread was okay. It was sometimes crispy. The boba was so bad! Probably the worst I had in my life. You are better off going on fig to get boba. The problem was mainly that there was no flavor. It was like they mixed milk and water together. The boba was tough and old. You can tell by the soft film around it.(Kind of like the soft part that is around an old lollipop) The two items came out to $ 12. Not worth the quality. They should really take boba off their menu or make it really inexpensive so the consumer doesn’t feel cheated. 3 stars for friendliness/helpfulness.

Quaint café on 34th right next to the Korean Studies Institute and right below the university church. It’s cool and spacious with big wooden tables perfect for studying. I got the matcha green tea boba which was okay, but not my favorite. It can take awhile to get drinks if there’s a line. I would definitely come back here to try other things on the menu like the milkshakes, smoothies, or crepes! Glad there’s another drink option at USC :)

Friendly staff, great café menu, and awesome late-night hours. Nice to have another caffeine + food option on campus that’s open later at night besides TroGro. Also conveniently located near a USC bus stop and main point of entry to campus(Hoover & Jefferson).
