Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

I asked for my drink without whipped cream 3 times to make sure and they put it on, people make mistakes I get it. I asked politely if they could remake my drink and the girl had so much attitude remakes is and doesn’t fill it all the way up there is a portion of the drink missing and is over blended Why pay almost $ 5 for a drink that is half assed made and isn’t the amount that you paid for. Bullshit. Never coming back to this one.

It bites when you are very hungry and rushing to work. Stop there just to get an old hard bagel. I tell the barista and her only suggestion is to toast a bagel more that I said was stale. TF really? The last muffin I got there was baked half in half out the cup so a portion of it was not edible. You gals need to get it together my office patronizes this place to much for this crappy treatment. #pistAndStillHongry $ 3 in the damn trash for today. Always taste and check your food here.

Ok ok ok spoke to manager and she was nice and took care of me later which is what I am usually use to here.

Sad atmosphere filled with weird people. It’s kinda twilight zoney to drink coffee there.

Nice place if you need to study and drink some coffee! The staff is friendly and nice! The place is clean and conveniently located) the parking is not a big deal as after 8pm you can park on the street for free.

Nice coffee bean. Is clean and the service is great. I had to deduct a star bc the parking situation there during the day is horrible. There is an underground lot but that costs money. There is no street parking until after 7 or 8 I believe. I had to block about a block away at a meter and thought it was pretty annoying. Good location tho. They have a nice patio for evening that they open up.

This place is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Some people set up for hours so you’ll most likely sit outside if you don’t grab one of about 5 tables inside. It’s been nice when I’ve ordered coffee and hung out for hours myself.

This is a good first date spot. At night, plenty of free parking on the street. They have a TON of outdoor seating options both at the coffee shop, near a fountain, tables further off in the courtyard that are more private. Typical Coffee Bean selection and the help behind the counter was friendly & efficient. Bonus: If you want to see the most out of place, creepiest carousel… you’ll find it here. It’s almost American Horror Story Freak Show level creepy the way they light it up and the animals you can ride. There’s a monkey in there that looks at you like it wants to eat your soul! Be warned!

I much prefer Coffee Bean over Starbucks than anything else. LOL. Its not your basic coffee shop. It actually have more flavorful and it doesn’t taste as burnt as other places. I do recommend it.

Winter tea latte
Why only this time of year?! U can buy it or make it at home. Would it be the same?! Nah … Love this tea latte it tastes so goooood. I also tried the new cookie butter latte (way too sweet for me) …they validate your parking for 45 min. And the pastry selection is one of the biggest I’ve seen at a cbtl very tempting.

There is street parking after 8 so you can spend as many hours there as you need

Been working in the plaza for a few months and dropping in for coffee or an ice tea lemonade on hotter days, staff is always friendly, most now know my name and greet me personally, even when crowded things move along, good place to go thur my work emails on my iPad outside on the plaza.

I love coming here!!! Everyone is quick and so nice! ! Although it gets packed it is definitely worth the wait!

Honestly what the hell
when you order a drink it takes forever, it tastes like crap and the Barista gives you attitude,
size of the blended drink is like a kids sippi cup and the chocolate blend taste like it was mixed with doggie doodie, i told them this is not eatable and she was like «this the way it is» with an attitude
im not going back here again thats for sure

This is a great and convenient coffee place. It’s close to my office and the service is always friendly. There is spacious outdoor seating and of course free wifi. There isn’t much indoor space, but who needs it when there are plenty of seats outside.

I love coffee bean, but am not a fan of this particular coffee bean. I hate that I have to valet my car. Yes, it’s free, but I just wanted my coffee and to be out of there.
So I downloaded the Coffee Bean App and even paid $ 25 for the mobile gift card. I kept telling the clerk taking my order that I wanted to pay via my app, but she kept denying that they took it. She asked another barista and he told her to double check. I guess she didn’t want to deal with me so she referred me to someone else, who was just as unaccommodating and short with me as the previous girl. I insisted that this should be a valid means of payment so that girl eventually went to the to ask her manager. And of course. The manager said it was fine. There’s a huge disconnect with this particular coffee bean and corporate. If not that, just a huge lack of training. It’s frustrating that I wasted time because people working here are uninformed. I will not be visiting this coffee bean any time soon. I received no apology. I don’t like attitude with my cup of coffee.

Great service and hot coco. We stop here on occasion when we need our fix. Also they have the most delicious challah on Fridays.

This is a great place to stop when you need to burn time. There is plenty of outside seating with heat lamps. The service is fast and staff are pleasant.

Always a great experience when visiting this location. Seating is great whether you sit inside or out. The place is just uplifting. The people are great and very personable. I really enjoy coming here and wish I could spend more time at this location. It’s perfect for dates, work breaks, or if you just want to read a book.
