Waited in line for 15 minutes while one of the cashiers, Caley, chatted on her cell phone with a friend talking about her plans for the night. Eventually she realized and said, «Girl I gotta cut you off, I have like five customers waiting for me haha.» Where is the zero star rating? These guys deserved it.

First time visiting this store you will walk into a transitional phase in the company. Not only are the new ads more fashion forward but their new product colors, styles and attention to clients has had a face lift. My best friend and I wandered in and we got helped almost mediator. The sales associate quickly and attentively presented us to all the sections in the store and let us wonder.
I was looking for a new bag, granted I have a picky taste, and tried in a couple styles. The sales associate managed to help me and other clients and gave all of us a good enough space. I come from retail and I’m in the habit of organizing what I touch. I re organized all the wallet and mens bags that I had moved around and the sales associate approached me and said «your very nice thank you for placing your items back».
U fortunately I did not find a bag that went with my personality but I do love the new staff and the new style and look they are going for. This particular location is not big and does not carry most of the styles or even some high end merchandise. Most fm the bags are able to be ordered. I expect to come back next season and hope you bf a new coach bag for my day to day use.

A «pocket» sized Coach store. This little boutique manages to pack in a decent sampling of the products from the Coach line. For certain you won’t find every style in every color, but you’ll get a decent selection of bags, some accessories and even a few clothing/​shoe examples to peruse.
Every time I’ve been there, the service is friendly and helpful without being overly aggressive or pushy.
Semi-​pro tip… Subscribe to Gilt City… a couple of times a year, they have free coupons for in-​store discounts to Coach. You have to act quick — they have a limited number available, but it’s worth watching out for.

Came back for an exchanged gift. Chris and Danny were pretty helpful. My better half got a purse as a gift in Orange, she has a few others purses in Orange all ready and wanted to exchange for another color. Not.
The styles this year were pretty limited. All their purses resembled other companies. Even these guys said, some of their purses look like LV, PRADA or Chanel. So we settled for a Gift Credit Card. All done for now, ready to see other stores for different styles.

I’ve worked in sales, so I get it. You’re making commission and you target the people who you think are gonna spend. But when I came in here the only sales associate was talking to a friend or fellow employee for the first 10 minutes I was in the store. I was the only customer and she ignored my sale for this woman. Then, after the friend left, another girl had wandered in with bags (I was empty-​handed minus my big purse), and she attended to her immediately. I had a coach purse inside my own bag that I wanted to exchange (it was a gift) and upgrade to an even better bag. She very hurriedly (trying to get back to her other sale) explained the store’s policy and rushed back to the other girl. I had every intention of spending money that day but this woman left such a bad taste in my mouth I won’t be returning. Sometimes sales girls should remember Pretty Woman, you truly never know who’s gonna throw down some change. I hope that other girl spent well.

I love this store a great place for is a great place to get a beginning high end bad these bags start at nity and go up to 1500. Ive only boughten three bags from here but this is a great starting point for guys, or girls that want a collection of nice bags.

I love Coach purses and wallets. I regularly go into Coach stores to see what new items they have. The time I went to this particular Coach store at the Beverly Center it was a bad experience. I was on a mission to find a new purse and in here the lady was all over the place. She wasn’t really helping me. I would ask about something and it would take a very long time to get a response. The check out took way too long too. When they brought out the purse that I wanted it was already bagged and ready to go. I figure since I’m paying hundreds of dollars for this damn purse it should look brand new, right??? Well i’m in the car ready to go and anxious to use my new purse and when I take it out there is a freakin scratch on it! Ugh wtf!
Needless to say I was pissssssssssed off! I ended up going to a different coach store where I knew I would have better customer service experience to exchange it for another purse.
I take purse shopping really serious and I want a good experience because I do pay a lot for my purses. This place certainly did not live to my expectations and I will never go back here to get a Coach purse again.

Damn this place is $$$$ lol
Friends bday was coming up and after eliminating all other available gift choices. Coach purse was the winner.
Don’t expect any clearance racks here hahaha, I sure didn’t see any.
Compared to the Coach store at the Westfield Culver City this one is bigger. Customer service was ok. I didn’t think the sales rep here was as eager to help us as the one in CC but we weren’t completely ignored.
Some of these purses, handbags, wristlets whatever you call all these different bags are real nice and flashy and some have me thinkin $$$ for this???
Oh and the purse wasn’t purchased here (bought it at Macys)

I usually don’t find the need to review chain stores since they are pretty much more or less the same and you get more or less the same thing but this store has given me such exceptional service that I really wanted to point it out. Usually at Coach stores it’s one of two stories, you’re either ignored to death because they have other «paying» customers currently undergoing transactions OR you are bugged to death because you are looking at something and just want to look but every one in there asks if you need help.
Well, this coach store was somewhat of the former, I actually had to ask one of the ladies to see if I could try on a Coach boot in my size and after they got my size, they were nice enough also to get me the other color so I could compare. I loved their brown tobacco leather so I decided on that and thought to myself that I would go home to use my 25% off instead since the boots were already awesomely on sale. Not only did the manager allow me to use a coupon I did not physically have in the store to buy the boots but they were already on sale to begin with so it was an even better deal. She dug to find the last pair of brand new (not store display) in my size and was extremely helpful and easy going. This store made me feel right at home in terms of an awesome shopping experience and I walked away with one of the best looking pair of boots I’ve ever worn. Awesome!
