I would have chosen something less than one star or not rate it at all but It didn’t allow it, so I had to rate something. I had order some arrangements the day before Valentine’s day for my fiancé to be believed to her work and everything was going smoothly. She was telling me that the arrangement will be there at noon. I called«Cesar’s Flower shop» so find out where is the item, she said that it just got out and it will be there in a few minutes. 1hr. passed and my Fiancé just left work. As you all can imagine I was furious, I called back to find out the status then she said it was on the way and they didn’t even apologies so I demanded a refund and to cancel the arrangement. Obvious they did but I will never, ever, ever, ever go to this place again. Just don’t even bother to order anything here just go to another place where they will treat you with respect.

I went to buy flowers here before USC graduation and the prices were ridiculous! I am not sure if they just jacked up the price because of graduation(I bet they did) but it was ridiculous how much I paid. They were selling simple orchid leis for 65 dollars! The flower were really fresh and really pretty, but I’ve been to other florist for the same quality but cheaper. I bought a small bouquet for 30 dollars, something that you would probably pay only 15 dollars max at another florist. They do have a good selection of flowers, I will give them that. Gerbera daisies, sunflowers, lilies, carnations, chrysanthemums etc. Nothing out of the ordinary. I do like that you could just go in and select the flower yourself to makeup you bouquet. Overall, good quality flowers, but ridiculously expensive-which is why I gave it two stars. Perhaps they aren’t as pricey during graduation time.
