Charged me 89 cents for half full BBQ sauces. I looked it up online. This chain has the option to order BBQ sauce at different fill levels. This particular location stocks the least filled sauce containers. I take my Sauce very very seriously and found this to be an atrocious practice and completely unacceptable. Also the burger was pretty schwagg and the fries were soft and cold and overall nasty threw half my food away. The one star is because the employees were all really really nice and polite which was pleasant, especially after having such a traumatic sauce experience.

$ 10.02 for a burger that was among the WORST tasting«burgers» I have ever had. I’m sick to my stomach. Dried«beef»(probably horse meat), soggy bun, cold, fries that were cooked 15 minutes earlier and served by a staff that doesn’t give a crap about their job.(can’t blame them). No ice in either ice machine. Goes down as one of the worst fast food experiences ever. This should close this dump.

I’ll never be coming here again. It was just plain weird disturbing experience. Nasty burger meat, undercooked, with a chip of bone in it with fake guacamole. Both drink machines had no ice with everyone taking turns trying to get ice. Screaming kids everywhere. Crowded with everyone stampeding around like its the apocalypse, with the zombies standing in line for their fix. Awkward seating situation with dirty tables. Then a kid spills his drink in the middle of the floor to add to the chaos; The manager obviously desperately trying to get a handle on things. I left feeling creeped out and hoping i don’t get sick, all while feeling embarrassed and ashamed of myself for coming here in the first place. It’s much more worth it to go somewhere else!

Wanted their Breakfast Burger but apparently they don’t make it here. I realize it’s an airport location and they have a limited menu, but I was disappointed nonetheless. We got brunch elsewhere.

The first time I went to this Carl’s, I had just concluded a several-day trip overseas, and was starving while waiting for the connecting flight home. The yellow star’s glow greeted me with the sort of familiarity you get when walking into Mom’s kitchen after being away for a while. It was just *nice* to have an American hamburger after spending days eating crappy airport/hotel food, and dining at some random foreign chains. I devoured that Super Star like it was going to expire at any moment. For some reason or another, the people running this Carl’s are actually nice to you, which(for me, at least) is harder and harder to find at airports. The food is standard Carl’s, which is both a pro and a con. To some degree, fast-food chains like this have an upper hand at airports, as their food is so processed that it tastes exactly the same, whether at the airport or a prominent location in the middle of a city. The same cannot be said for airport deli shops and other«fresher» choices, which are a large source of disappointment for me. My second time at this Carl’s was just a half-hour ago. I had the same experience — the same nice people, the same food. It’s about the best sort of thing you can expect when returning to the USA, or even if you’re just flying in from another state.

Under $ 5.00(with tax!) for a hot Western Bacon Cheeseburger is a bargain when you consider all the other eateries on the concourse charge $ 10.00+(minimum) for a cold sandwich. Hot food… half the price. That works for me! Besides that, I like Carl’s Jr. For fast food.

I paid $ 10 for a burger combo just because it’s in the airport. The burger was cold when I got it. The cheese wasn’t even melted.
