Would love to give 5 stars but as a loyal custy of the Burger Factory lol to the point that I have it saved in my iPhone with a bunch of heart emojis and order delivery around once a week, you would think they would take my delivery even if it’s a dollar shy of their minimum m. But nooooo, not really great customer service in the long run when you guys mainly rely on return custys for your business. Just some food for thought, now I’m going to call for breakfast

The breakfast burrito is really good. I also once got their asada burrito and it was just as good. Cheap eats. I can’t comment on service as I always get it to go. Or to be more accurate, I get an office minion to get it.

Don’t even bother. The low prices and location are appealing but ANY other burger place would be better than this! You’ll wait for over an hour(when you work/live literally 3 minutes away) for a mediocre burger that you could have sworn was made by a toddler.

I came here for the breakfast burrito because it was featured in an article about the best breakfast burrito joints in LA. The burrito is good and very filling, but the salsa could have been better. Their zucchini fries were really good surprisingly and their prices were decent. I got the mix which contains bacon, ham, and sausage with the avocado and it came out to about $ 7 for the burrito.

This place churns out really solid breakfast burritos. They’re quick, inexpensive, and no frills. The downside is the location… whether you’re taking your order to go or eating it there the dirty, graffiti-ridden walls and windows are a bit worrisome and uncomfortable. But what can you do?

A solid burger here, with fresh crisp lettuce, but the 2-star ambiance gives the place an overall 3-star rating. Free parking is possible in one of the few spots in the small lot if you are lucky enough to get one. Props for being open really early in the AM as well.

Stopped by Pepboys and wanted to grab a quick bite. I got the bacon cheeseburger combo. It was good as was the fries. Seems like it’s a family owned type place. A rating, so I would def come back if wanted a quick bite and was in area. Was a little warm inside though, so that was only negative.

Low quality food, fairly priced, and quite delicious. This stuff will kill you but it will itch that scratch much like smoking a cigarette would.

A family run burger joint that also serves Mexican food! The fries are delicious and so is the bacon cheese burger.

This is my favorite go-to food joint in Hollywood. Best breakfast burrito in town. Also, the nachos are insanely good. The food taste great and the price in crazy cheap. They even deliver. It takes about an hour, but worth the wait!!! Highly recommend!!!

I would have given this place a five star rating but unfortunately the locale is a bit run down. The food is amazing just the aesthetics were not up to par.

They should get a zero star. They took our order for delivery said 45mins. An hour goes by I call and they say it’s on the way. 30 more minutes goes by I call and they say they aren’t going to deliver to me because I’m .2 miles outside of their range. I ask them why they didn’t bother to call and let me know this or simply tell me when I ordered, the guy hung up on me. Really wanted to try this burrito lol. But in all honesty I don’t appreciate the serious lack of customer service. I don’t expect much from a burger factory, but this was insulting.

This place was gross. I’m from San Diego and stopped in for a quick bite. I was hoping for some semi decent rolled tacos. I ordered rolled tacos and some fries, the guy didn’t understand what rolled tacos was so I asked for taquitos, I was served 2 taquitos filled with mystery meat. Fries were ok, but how can you screw up fries. They had hot carrots but forgot to clean the carrots before preparing them so there was not only dirt on them but it tasted like dirt. Just gross. I don’t understand how they are in business.

I give a 1 star for customer service and attitude but the food was 4 star worthy. The food was fresh and pretty darn good breakfast burrito. Their salsa was also really good

I read about this place on as the top 9 breakfast burritos in LA. Their breakfast burritos are reasonably priced at about $ 5 each and contain hash browns, eggs, your choice of protein, and cheese. What makes their breakfast burritos unique is they put a layer of egg on the tortilla so that when it is rolled into a burrito, you get the egg wrapped around all of the other fillings. The lady who took our order at the register was friendly. I am glad I can say that I’ve tried their breakfast burrito, although I wouldn’t go out of my way to go back here again. If I was in the area and craving a breakfast burrito, I suppose I might possibly order one to-go. Tips: They have a very small parking lot with a majority of the parking spaces reserved for the place next door. I suggest you park on the street. There is a $.75 charge for credit/debit card transactions.

Came here for breakfast. I was craving a burger joint breakfast burrito so I found this on Unilocal. My craving was satisfied! It’s an older hole in the wall kind of place but it was delicious and only $ 5.50 for a large sausage breakfast burrito. Would definitely come back to try the lunch!

Ordered food at 11:40 didn’t receive it until 1:10. Awful place. Garbage! Now the food is cold and they won’t come pick it up. It’s now 2:27 and they still have not arrived with my money. I will never eat here again. Over priced

Ordered: Grilled cheese Diet soda Piña colada whip drink(juice) Total cost: $ 6.86 Wandered in here while waiting for my car at the Toyota place. Loved the painted signs/pictures of food I could see from the outside, so decided to go in. Good food. Took credit cards. Had a copy of yesterday’s paper(not sure if they had today’s or not). Was able to sit there drinking my soda after I finished my food and no one complained or kicked me out, which was nice. If I was in the area I would totally go again(especially if taking my car to the shop). Would I drive to go there just because? Maybe not. I think they did have some parking, though. And also, being a semi-vegetarian I didn’t try the burgers. Looks like they might serve breakfast all day.

Sorry Unilocal friends, but the best I can give this place is an average three stars. I had this place bookmarked and since I was driving by looking for a place to snag some dinner, i decided I’d stop in to give this place a try. It’s definitely a greasy spoon type of joint. The menu had a good mix ofif traditional breakfasts, to salads, and Mexican dishes in addition to their burgers. They had a picture posted on the menu of a torta which is a Mexican sandwich. It looked great with lettuce, tomato and avocados between two slices of the Mexican style sandwich bun. It had a hefty price tag too of $ 8.99 which seemed a bit much. The guy serving me suggested I just get the regular sandwich for $ 6.50 instead of the Special Torta after he noticed my air of skepticism due to the price. to which I agreed thinking I was getting the sandwich in the picture but without fried or something in addition. Between the choices of asada, carnitas, chicken and one other which escapes me right now, I went with the asada which the guy said was probably the best choice. When I finally got my torta, I was a little disappointed because I didn’t get a sandwich like that in the picture but rather a smaller version it seemed. It only had the carne asada, a smearing of refried beans, a small amount of sliced lettuce and a few diced tomatoes. I was expecting avocado in it like the picture but misunderstood in thinking the special came with fries born something and that I was just getting the sandwich alone. The sandwich itself was just okay, nothing extraordinary(3⁄5). I think the bigger sandwich is the way to go but don’t think it merits the hefty price tag quite truthfully. I was thinking I will return for the breakfast menu and a burger one time soon. They have a private parking lot part of a small mini mall. So basically you get below average quality food at a high price.

Been here a few time already, tried a few items. Time for a review. I’ve had the burgers here, excellent! Made fresh, no store ingredients. Tried the carne asada Tostada(taco salad with carne asada) bomb! For about $ 8, I got a double with cheese, fries and a drink. For the price and quality this place is definitely great!

Hole in wall burger joint. Actually, they have everything. Breakfast all day, large Mexican selection(burritos, tacos), fried seafood and the list goes on. Grilled Chicken Sandwich is simple but tasty and my go-to sandwich! I love it! Fries are great! Burgers aren’t bad… i felt the meat pattie were too thin but everyone else seems to think their burgers are awesome. I’ve been told their breakfast burritos are very popular but i haven’t had a chance to try it. You can easily get out of there for under $ 7. Nice budget spot. They have a private parking lot you can access off Hollywood Blvd.

Yum! Went for the first time today and had their breakfast burrito with both bacon and sausage — delicious! One thing I have to comment on is their mixed carrots /chilies were SUPER salty and the horchata just tasted off… too much cinnamon or something. Tossed both of those out and I was skeptical to try the burrito but WOW so good. Inexpensive. Super divy super hole in the wall, small parking lot but I managed to find a spot to park my big SUV pretty easily. Will be coming back for a breakfast burrito — can’t believe they serve this all day! So good.
