One of the best belly dance teachers in the westside! She breaks down the moves for you and gives you extra information about the history of belly dance, the music, the drum beats, what moves go with what type of music and so forth. Plus you get to learn exciting and fun choreographies from Shirin! I’ve taken her classes for a few years now and highly recommend her to all of my friends!
She is from Japan and still has her japanese accent, but you can totally understand her when she teaches and her classes are a lot of fun. She also teaches all the props, such as veil, zils, cane, to name a few. My friends and I love to take her classes and she cares about each one of us in the classes!
