I have had the privilege to taste Chef Bruce’s food on several occasions. From sit down to barbque to buffet. I not only love his food but his presentation as well. He is outstanding and I look forward to the next event.

Yes, for full disclosure, I am married to the chef. But I can honestly say I have never tasted better food nor seen someone cook with so much passion. I know he glows with satisfaction when the gig is over and he has made his clients happy. Just to watch Bruce come up with menu suggestions for a catering gig is an amazing thing. When he presents you with his ideas, you will not know what to pick, they all sound so good. But don’t take my word for it, see for yourself!
