Lynda Valliche Energy Healing

Lynda is a powerful authentic energy healer. I could feel her energy when I first walked in to see her. I immediately felt a sense of safety and that I was working with a person of integrity and genuine awareness of energy. She was able to read my body and help me pinpoint areas where I was holding on to patterns and beliefs in my emotional and physical body that were causing me problems with sleep and other areas.
She is a Reiki master but also has an innate gift of energy awareness and is a high level practitioner of Access Consciousness, a practice that utilizes points on the head and body to release stored patterns. It also has many body processes that have helped me over the course of several treatments to regain greater range of motion and an understanding of my own potential.
