99.9995 percent of the time this is the most painless trip to a pharmacy to pick up prescriptions. EVER. The other .0005 percent of the time, it is just as bad as any major chain pharmacy, if not a little worse. However, I will gladly deal with that .0005 percent.

What a great resource. They are great, really extend themselves to be helpful and professional.

The best. If you live in Brentwood, come here. No lines. Prescriptions filled in minutes. Wonderful service.

Allure Pharmacy provides medications that many pharmacies do not offer. That is impressive. I ordered a specialty medication for my son that was prescribed by a dermatologist. Some of the drugs were not covered by insurance. Allure wanted $ 1,200 for the medication. They did not offer alternative brand suggestions and rejected the common concept of a reduced cash price. We asked the dermatologist for another recommendation. They referred a different pharmacy, which offered an alternative medication for less than $ 100. Allure should have made an attempt to offer less costly alternatives.
Allure did have some of the other medications at a relatively reasonable price, albeit higher than I anticipated. They shipped the medication and, unbeknownst to me, they shipped it requiring signature receipt. The shipper ended up returning the package to Allure because we were not at home to provide signature. Allure called and stated that they can reship for an additional $ 10 reshipping fee. I rejected that idea because I was not aware that they would be requiring signature. I would have told them to not require signature. To their credit, they agreed to reship the package free of charge without requiring signature. They asked that I send them an email authorizing the lack of signature. They then responded to the email that I needed to update the email taking full responsibility for lost package or stolen package. I responded that I will take responsibility for stolen package, but not lost package. That is the responsibility of the carrier. I was surprised and disappointed by the hassle.
They reshipped the package, but contrary to our agreement, they posted the $ 10 reshipping fee to my credit card. I called and reminded them of the agreement. After a couple of calls, they credited the $ 10. I had to endure yet another hassle.
This should have been a simple straight forward transaction. It ended-​up being very frustrating and required a lot of time and effort. I had to seek an alternative pharmacist for a reasonably priced specialty drug and then go through the drama associated with shipping a package and getting the reshipping fee reversed. I will never do business with Allure again.

Just the best in expertise and customer service. Have been a loyal customer since their opening and will continue to do so. They simply go out of their way to meet my family’s needs.
Additionally, the parking and convenience, etc. are a big plus! Try them once and you’ll never go elsewhere. P. S. I have absolutely no affiliation with Allure… just a regular customer!

Oh my god! Where have they been all my life? Best service ever. I was in and out in 10 minutes! So long CVS and Wallgreens I am NEVER going back.

I work at a Very busy Beverly Hills doctor office and we send all of our prescriptions to Allure because of their excellent customer service. They go above and beyond for their patients. They offer delivery so you don’t have to pick it up. As for me I call in our patients prescriptions and my go to person is always Priscilla she’s fast accurate and reliable. A lot of prescriptions require prior authorizations and they help process them so the patients can have their medications asap. I can’t express enough how much we love Allure, Ben and Priscilla. All of our patients love them and all of their services. I would pick Allure over any CVS or Walgreens any day of the week…

I have spent the past two years with my first true medical challenges since my childhood. Allure is a break through pharmacy experience where the staff is knowledgeable helpful and considerate. My dermatologist recommended that I try Allure and from the first telephone call to cell phone images transmitting my information to our visit to the pharmacy was seamless. Their re-​order system is efficient and if you are outside of their driver delivery zone, they package overnight deliveries without fail. A great asset to our community.

DO NOT waste your time and Don’t count on these people. They just don’t know what they have and their COSTUMER SERVICE is almost ZERO!
I called them to confirm whether they have my medication or not and the lady said «yes we do».
I drove all the way to their pharmacy in rush hour and when I got there they said «NO WE DON’T! We don’t give this information on the phone»
And that was it!
When I told them that I called you guys and asked you about my medication, they even didn’t remember that I called them. I showed them my cell phone call history.
They didn’t even bother saying that they were sorry wasting my time, let alone helping me.
NEVER go to this pharmacy UNLESS YOU HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO WASTE !

Allure Pharmacy is the best. I had used them in the past for a prescription that my insurance wouldn’t cover because a deductible hadn’t been met. They were able to fill the prescription for me for $ 25 with coupons and deliver it to me overnight. Amazing service. The pharmacists on the phone are also incredibly helpful. Most recently, I needed to get a prescription filled and went to get it filled at CVS and was told they were «out», called Target and they were «out» and unable to order until the following week. I remembered Allure and went to their location in Brentwood and my prescription was filled in 10 minutes. Excellent service, beautiful location and free parking (in the alley behind the pharmacy). This Pharmacy and staff are the very best one can get. Ben, his brother & staff are the very best at what they do.
They are responsive, caring and full of info re Rxs as well. There is no comparison to the many other Pharmacies in Brentwood or Santa Monica. I am so happy they are here & thriving.

When I got my prescription sent over to CVS Pharmacy out in Beverly Hills, my whole experience ended up being a Disaster, along with finding out that my Insurance would Not pay for it according to them which took (Three Hours) to find that out and so I then took my prescription the very next day to the RiteAid Pharmacy out in Culver City where I live to find out the very EXACT, SAME thing that it would Not be covered under my Insurance.
I then contacted my Doctor Moy’s office to let them know about the situation and thankfully, one of the doctor’s assistants knew about this other pharmacy called Allure Pharmacy and Strongly Recommended that I contact them because they are known for being able to process medications that the Bigger Pharmacies such as CVS and RiteAid can NOT for various reasons such as the Insurance Company Supposedly Does Not Cover It!
However, with Allure Pharmacy, I was Pleasantly Surprised that they were Able to accept my Insurance and get the Prescription Processed in a Fair and Timely Manner.
Not only that, but they Can also offer You a Free Delivery Service as well which Can Get Your Medication (s) Directly To You On The Very Next Day and this is a Major Convenience for ME as well for other customers since they only have One (1) Location out in Brentwood, California.

That is good to know Scott P. and others who made same comments. I can say they have gone out of their way to try and find my drugs from specific manufacturers as I am very sensitive to fillers. I like they call when ready and have delivery service altho I have not availed myself of that yet. Maybe tomorrow if I cannot get there to pick up my scripts. Very nice people and scripts are ready when they say so and NO lines!

The wonderful folks at Allure Pharmacy got my insurance to cover a prescription, after a different pharmacy (Walgreens) had failed to do so. Saved me hundreds of dollars!!!
The medicine I needed is not a common one, so it wasn’t in stock, but they managed to get it in THE SAME DAY. Amazing!
They’re in a well-​traveled area of Brentwood– but not to worry! There’s ample free parking in the back of the store. The back alley (accessible on Darlington and Barrington) leads to free covered parking within the structure of the building.
I was a reluctant customer, but I’ll be happy to make the trip to see them from now on. And if I don’t feel like driving to them, they offer to ship the prescription to you! Plus, it always feels good to know that you are supporting a family owned business.

I have never written about a pharmacy for any reason that I can think of, until today. I have attempted to get a prescription filled at CVS a couple times over the years, each time failing to get it covered or use the coupon my Dr provided. This time My doctor put me in touch with Allure Pharmacy. I was amazed at both their personal commitment to helping me and tenacity in working to get my insurance company to fill my prescription. I’m a single dad and currently I don’t have a lot of money, my prescriptions was going to be over $ 500, which for me means without their help I was in goingI wasn’t going to to get this prescription. They worked for a day & a half using coupons and effort they were able to get my not only get my prescription covered but got the price down to $ 21. To me this is a small miracle and meant the world. In my opinion, service is kind of a thing of the past not at a Allure Pharmacy. It seems to be just how they are and what they do day in and day out. I won’t ever be going back to CVS. I don’t know anybody at Allure other than the girl I work with on the phone. I don’t own stock in the company I have no dog in this fight other than they were heroes for me and Hero’s are tough to come by these days. This is my new Pharmacy. Thanks,

So far so good. In and out in 10 minutes and Asian American beautiful pharmacist was warm and reminded me of potential yeast infections (tmi) that can be caused by antibiotic use. So sweet! Looking forward to having my medications shipped to home and being dispensed branded meds (Walgreens tries to get you to inadvertently take generics by superficially inflating the branded price if your Rx does not have DAW (dispense as written) on it). Meaning they charge you a higher price even though it ISNT. I had to get my doctor on the phone and it was ridiculous. That should be illegal. I know what my insurance formulary and cost is for a branded med as I am an informed patient. Oh the tricks of retail chain pharmacies! Get out of them!!!
