Very customer friendly! I left big corporate alarm company for these guys and the difference is night and day. Always someone to talk to when I have a question and they promptly send a tech when we need it. Good camera packages too!

I contacted them referring to a mailer add I received. I was interested in a camera system and wanted a quote. I left a message and got a call back quickly. Don’t remember who I talked to, but he was nice and we set up an appt. for a Thursday. When the rep. arrived he was understanding and gave some suggestions and ideas. He explained that the company was trying to get a foot hold in the Ventura county area and was willing to offer some discounts and competitive price matching or better our price with our current alarm company. Ends up they couldn’t beat the price, but would match and give 3 months free (not a great deal). After we talked some more, he said he would email a quote on the camera system.
Well, that was MORE than a week ago. No email and no phone call. I should have figured better… a mailer alarm company. They talk a good talk, but that’s it. Even if they did give a «great» offer, I would still have doubts, because I would worry if I had a problem that I would be treated the same way. There’s plenty of off the shelf systems that are consumer friendly that I can use.

NO SHOW — NO CALL! Found them online and Made an appointment. George (possibly the owner /​salesman /​tech guy /​support /​all of the above) made and pick the appointment time between 11:30 — 12:00pm. I waited and waited for 45 mins, by 12:15pm I called George. George answered and said, «Oh yeah, I am busy right now, and didn’t have time to call to be late.» I cancel the appointment with George and gave my $ 7K business contract to someone else. You can’t do business with a bad partner that have no respect of your time.
