Helpful, swift and convenient spot. I was in and out in record time with a FedEx package. No lines, no trouble.

Got a document notarized here. It was half the cost of the UPS store. $ 10 instead of $ 20. I’d much rather give this small business my money instead of UPS. I’d also much rather give $ 10 than $ 20

charged me $ 40 for UPS ground shipment and feeling that didn’t seem right, I looked up shipping fees on UPS website after I got home and it was only $ 15. These people are crooks! Reported them to my credit card company and BBB. I’m disputing the charge. Will never use them again for shipping.

If possible, I would give this place zero stars. I wanted to mail something back to Amazon and decided to give this local place some business. Big mistake. Not only was the proprietor grumpy and rude, he was also terrible at his job. He quoted me over $ 20 for sending one small book to Amazon. I asked what shipping speed that was for(Ground, Next-Day, 2 Day, etc.) and he would give me no further information. He just quoted me the same price again. I left and found a place in PA that mailed it for around $ 4. Los Altos Mail Office — I won’t be sad at all when your doors close for good.

I’ve been a customer since 1991. Their service is great… I get documents notarized here, etc. It’s so much more than just a PO Box.

They charge a dollar for a piece of tape, three dollars for a roll, and you need to spend five dollars minimum to use card. I prefer kinkos/fedex because they just do it all there for you… they’re not stingy about their tape. I had to buy a whole roll of tape and stamps to use my credit card. Just to return my phone to verizon wireless.

I needed to get some official documents notarized on short notice and a friend told me about Los Altos Mail Office. Marc Friedman took very good care of me and knew all the little details of how to correctly notarize my documents. I was so impressed I came back for all my holiday shipping needs as they do both UPS and FedEx shipping. Great place to recycle all those shipping peanuts. They take donations if you want to keep them from invading your home! They are open longer hours during the Holiday Season with NOLINES! Lots of happy customers coming and going while I was there too.
