Home Care Assistance

I used home care assistance for two weeks and it was fine. My real problem with them is my caregiver has two of my keys. One for my home and one for my mailbox. I have called six times to get my keys back. The last I heard they have only one of the keys. I have a broken back and live in a lot of pain. I talk to their office and have called now six times, tomorrow it will be seven. It is difficult it answer the door so I instructed them to put the key in the mailbox or a cabinet I have it front of my gate. I truly don’t understand how difficult it is to return my key to me. It has been over two weeks now and even when they said they would return the key they have not. I live alone, I feel uneasy having a key floating out there. I would have used them again if I needed help. But, it shows a the type of people and company this is. they WILL NOT EVEN RETURN A KEYTO MAKE ME FEEL SAFE. THAT TELLS YOU ALOT WHAT TYPE OF PEOPLE YOU WOULD BE HIRING, BEWARE… ITS ABOUT MONEY. I WILL KEEP YOU INFORMED IF THEY EVER RETURN MY KEY.

Homecare assistance returned my house key through mail, however… they lost my mailbox key. I’m very disappointed with my experience of dealing with this person.
