Here is a secondhand clothing located in downtown Los Altos. I didn’t buy anything here but I was rather impressed with he women’s inventory here. The prices for the most part are reasonable. I saw a lot of sample Banana Republic pieces here for about $ 15 or less. There were dresses and tips galore. There was also a selection of Ralph Lauren as well. I even saw a Gucci purse for $ 90(whether it was authentic that’s another question). There was a decent selection of designer jeans for around $ 15 which was pretty great. I saw Joe’s Jeans, J. brand, citizens of humanity, etc. I would come back if I were in the area.

Alejandro was nice and helpful! Quite a variety to choose from. Although most of their stuff was for women, I still managed to find a few shirts and a pair of jeans for a good price! They also have cool sales from time to time. Definitely stopping by next time I’m in DTLA!

This store business is giving Los altos a bad name they talk to you when making a purchase so that you forget your receipt and they you can’t exchange the item because they trick people by saying you mean a receipt to exchange! Never again plus sales person is rude and bad attitude ! Gave them a star but not because anything good !

I purchased a gently used chair from this store with my VISA in July 2013. When I received the bill from the credit card company, I checked the register receipt against the credit card charge, as is my habit to do. I noticed that I had been overcharged on the VISA charge slip. I called ECO Fash to explain this and to get a refund. I scanned a copy of both receipts and emailed them to the store as the sales person requested and waited for my refund. When I did not receive one after a month, I called the store again. The sales person told me that the manager was not in, and took my name and phone number so that the Manager could call me. I called again, but still no manager and no refund. I finally got fed up and called my credit card company to report the problem. They refunded me right away for the overcharge, so now I am whole, but I will never do business with this store again. They have lousy customer service in my opinion, and should have taken care of this matter immediately when I first told them about it. Very disappointing experience!!!

just like the goodwill store, this shoppe has gently used/pre-owned clothing and shoes, but primarily for women. there also carry donated household goods, books, and other knickknacks. i’ve seen a lot of designer label clothing here, which i don’t find at the goodwill store, so this would be the place to shop for more higher end clothing.
