Simply O Organic Juice Bar

Well… I tried this fabulous juice bar today! Absolutely love love love it!!! The girls are super sweet and made the most delicious acai bowl! The serving size was huge and super reasonably priced. Ryan was super sweet and always makes the customer happy!!! I would rate a ten if the option was available

Best juice bar around in this area! I use to drive all the way to nektar not anymore! A little pricey but totally worth it!

I honestly think about the juice at this place when I am not there and how I can tweak my schedule to pop in.
They have hands down the best juice blends! The service is always with a smile. Not to mention they have reusable glass jars as an option. If you want quality, it definitely comes at a cost, but the cost is ABSOLUTELY worth it. There is a noticeable quality in the produce they use.
If you are not getting juice here, you are missing out.

I love places that are organic! Makes me feel better about what I’m purchasing/​consuming.
My friend and I ordered the pitaya bowl and the acai bowl. Both were good, but there wasnt that much fruit on them.

Ok, so going in I have to say, I never thought I would be drinking Kale out of a cup. I went in to see an old friend who is the owner. A fellow soldier that I use to work with. His employees are wonderful. I said, ok, I need iron. The young lady said Kale was good for that… I told her that doesn’t sound appetizing! lol. She said I can make it where you never even taste it. Ok, Ill try it. The number 3 with Kale added. So there I was drinking Kale out of a cup and it was delicious! Who knew?! All Organic and good for you. I will be back and not just to see an old friend. The staff is wonderful and so is the product. Try it! You won’t regret it.

Super glad an ORGANIC juice place like this opened up around here! For something of this caliber you’ll either need to be in a beach city, downtown LA or Hollywood vicinity. So I’m so thrilled to have found this local business.
And they use all organic produce too!
I don’t get juice from Nekter because they don’t use organic produce… So… It’ll probably do more harm to ingest something that’s full of GMO and pesticide. Defeats the whole purpose of juicing.
Getting juice from Wholefood cost the same, but it’s better here because they offer 10% off if you bring your own glass bottle! Also, they have a variety of produce on their menu, so that’s super awesome. And they have punch cards!!! (Which Wholefood discontinued their program. Boo!)
This will definitely be the place for me to get my green juice from now on!
Also, I really don’t think it’s expensive… Since you should factor in how much a made in USA juicer cost (over thousands of $$), the space it’ll take up in your kitchen, washing your veggies, washing your juicer, etc. No thanks. I’ll come here and pay for my inconvenience and pay for my nice skin.
Also, if you think the juice here doesn’t taste good, you’re probably expecting the fake and overly sugared stuff at Jamba Juice or Juice it up. Wrong place for that … Or you can just add pineapple to make everything taste better!
Came in here first time today and met Ryan, and he’s super friendly and informative. He said coffee will be coming soon too! Ahh! One stop shop! I love it!

They have acai bowls now! Every is organic and so good!

Simply O is a delicious treat! My kids and I have been by a couple of times for juice and acai bowls after school. The staff is very kind and patient, they know it might take awhile to decide. Their are two negatives to this place:
1. The prices are high
2. It’s a pain to get in the parking lot.
There are however, more positives:
1. Fresh and delicious fruit and veggies.
2. Nice people
3. They support the local community. I have seen them host a fundraiser for childhood cancer research as well as fundraisers for local schools.
4. Creative menu
So, while I wish it was easier to get in and out of the place, we will definitely be back… but we will still wish they had a drive thru. =)

This juice bar has blown my mind away! I wish I could give this hidden gem a six star rating! After going to the gym with my friend we were on a look out for a yummy juice bar. We found it on Unilocal,and right when we walked in I fell in love. Not only was the décor cute, but so was the juice man Ryan. He greeted us with a welcoming genuine smile, and helped me pick out the Summer Detox. It is hands down the best juice I have ever had! Everyone needs to try this place out!!! My friend also got the Pink Paradise bowl and will be coming back for this delicious pink goodness. Thank you Ryan for your hospitality we will be back and I suggest you all come try!!!

I’ve been coming to Simply O Organic Juice Bar for several months now & I feel amazing! I have been training for my first marathon & have been drinking the «Green Street» before running because I don’t like to eat a big meal but still needed the nutrition. This has worked out great for me & gives me a ton of energy for my runs. I love the friendly atmosphere here and the fact that everything is organic & made fresh. My girls love coming here as well and we all love their amazing acai bowls… you HAVE to try them!
They offer a rewards program through the Perka app which is great. Buy 10 items and get one free. Another way to save is to buy or bring in a glass container & get 10% off your juice… I have the big 64 oz jug! If you go for Happy Hour between 5 – 6 pm they offer 20% off all juices!

I have been here many times since they opened and have found everything simply amazing! The owner keeps the place very clean and the produce looks very fresh. I have ordered the Acai bowl — which is large enough to be a meal — along with the smoothies, juices and ginger shots. All of these are great and they make the right juices in front of you.
A juice store that specializes in organic is hard to find and I feel lucky there is one so close by!

Located right in the heart of Los Alamitos, Simply O answers my acai bowl needs without having to go the few extra miles to Nekter in Long Beach. I also love trying local places that offer unique bowls and juices, than the typical drinks you can find anywhere. Their juices are a refreshing (hah) change from the normal veggie juices, like the one with honeydew in it! Yum. I came in on the morning of my birthday, and they were just testing out their new PB bowl. It pretty much reminded me of peanut butter and jelly. It was kind of like runny peanut butter– it was a tad more on the liquidy side, but it tasted really good. Thanks! I’ll be back soon. There’s not much seating inside and just a few tables outside, but I think more people usually just get their juices/​bowls to go anyway.

This is one of the few juice bars that uses organic ingredients. This is crucial when you are drinking raw juice since there are so many pesticides in fruits and vegetables. Kale and apple are one of the worst when it comes to pesticides so I make a point to only go to organic juice bars if I want a drink with these ingredients. Of course, going organic isn’t cheap. The smallest size is 16 oz. and starts at $ 8. It seems expensive but that is about the going rate for organic juice places.
So far I have tried Seal Beach Breeze, Spring Detox, Ginger Shot, and Alicia’s Favorite #2 and #3. My recommendation is to stick with drinks with few ingredients if you are going for taste. From my experience I noticed the ones with lots of ingredients tend to get too busy and you really only end up being able to taste about two or three of the ingredients. They also tend to taste bitter. Alicia’s Favorites are also my favorites. Alicia’s Favorite #2 has kale, apple, and pineapple. It’s a good drink if you want the health benefits of kale but don’t like its bitter taste. This one is quite sweet thanks to added sweetness from pineapple. Alicia’s Favorite #3 has ginger, orange, apple, and pineapple and is a very sweet drink. Spring Detox is a healthy drink with nine different ingredients (kale, mint, celery, ginger, fennel, grapefruit, orange, apple, and lemon). The flavor was too busy and I mainly tasted mint and celery. Seal Beach Breeze has watermelon, cucumber, strawberry, parsley, and mint. Most of what I tasted was cucumber and mint. Strawberry just gave it sweetness but I couldn’t really taste it. Ginger Shot is great too if you like something spicy. This one has ginger, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper. This only comes in a shot size. Other drinks come in 16, 24, or 36 oz and price ranges between $ 8-​$ 12. You can also get the drinks in a Ball jar for $ 1-​$ 1.25 more. I think you get the jar for free if you get the 32 oz. You can get a discount on your drink if you bring back the jar. You can just bring your own jar; it doesn’t have to be the one purchased here. I think the discount is 5%.
This place has only been open since January so they are still tweaking the menu and adding new stuff as it moves along. It recently added acai bowl to the menu.
Service has been friendly so far but sometimes it takes a while to get the drink. I recommend calling ahead if you are in a hurry.

Simply O is my favorite! Seriously go at least once a week, it’s my go-​to healthy treat! They are right down the street from my work and it’s so convenient! Ryan is great and the girls who work there are so friendly. They also do orders over the phone so that if you are in a rush you can simply pick it up! Haven’t had a juice I didn’t like! So far my favorite is the Spring Detox. They also have really cute mason jars available for those who like reusable containers! :)
Get the Perka app. You can check in a get a «stamp» for each time you go and, on the tenth, you get a free drink!

Love love love this place! Been here a few times and have tried their Spring Detox, Green Wonder, Green Street, Ginger Shot, and Betsy’s Cure. I loved the Ginger Shot, which I had with lemon and cayenne. Betsy’s Cure is my favorite! I really like the ball jar option too.
They staff is great! It’s always nice to see smiling faces in the morning. They used to open really early– like at 7am; which made it very convenient for me to stop by and grab a drink before I head off to work. I think they may have changed their store hours… :(

This is a really awesome juice bar! The staff is friendly and helps you make a choice of a juice if you’re indecisive! Very lively staff and upbeat music.
I had the Spring Detox yesterday, and today I’m trying the Greet Street (without ginger).

My favorite thing they have is their point of sale system. It’s like a large iPad, and you sign with your finger and have the receipt E-​mailed to you!
You can definitely see they dropped a pretty penny in the place, and it shows because they’re juices are fresh! I will be back here quite often!

Simply expensive!
I came here with my daughter and I ordered a small Green Wonder and yes, it was small! It’s called the Green Wonder for a reason. You wonder where your green went. I spent $ 8 on that drink and $ 1 on an apple that my daughter wanted for a total of $ 9!
Nice owner, the girl working the counter was ok. One visit is enough.

Had to come home with my juice & quickly write a stellar review for this place. First I am excited about this location because there is nothing like it in the area & we needed it! (Parking is found behind the building) Second, the owner is the sweetest guy ever! It’s my first time there so he extends his hand out to shake mine & introduces himself. I LOVE THAT! I love when small business owners take effort to get to know their customers, makes me feel like I live in a tiny town without actually dealing with the drama of everyone knowing your business! Okay, sorry about the tangent! I am really enjoying my Spring Detox juice, it is exactly what I needed today, the flavor is great & not overpowering with ginger (which I appreciate)
My favorite thing about this place is the Ball Jars you can choose to have your juice in! (for a little more money) Not just because juice looks Instagram worthy in a jar but because you can bring your jar back & receive a discount on your next juice! It encourages being good to our earth by recycling! That’s just one way this place is good for our city!
