The best location! Very very clean and friendly. Christina and Sahil made my order PERFECTLY. Gotta Guava is the best!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!

Used to come here pretty often but the red haired girl at the register was really rude today and turned me off. Straight up asked me «What do you want?». Then asked me, «Anything else!?». Snatched the money from me and then told the person making my drink to use less materials because the whey protein fluffs the drink up. She seems to selectively discriminate because she was a lot nicer to the older man behind me. Do not recommend going to this location if she’s working here.

Been to a lot of Jumba Juices. This one had great service, friendly, and fast! Would definitely come back here again. Good job love my apples n greens.

Every time I get their tropical kale juice, it’s not blended well and the pineapple chunks always get stuck

Went it on Wednesday 3÷30÷16 around maybe 7pm. The girl at the register was beyond rude! I told her what I wanted and told that was it and says okay and gives me a awkward blank stare and doesn’t say anything and I was ooookay how much is it and tells me. I give her my money and snatches it from my hand right away that got me upset I waited for my change and she just threw it at me. Completely rude! No idea what her name but really rude. Next time I’ll be sure to ask what her name is.

I just came in and there was one girl working and she had an amazing attitude and was doing it all. I give her props. Not even I would do that. She was running back and forth and she got my smoother done quickly and I had two orders. 5 Stars.

Worse service. Ever. How are you going to be the only one working because you sent your coworker to Costco to buy pineapple juice because your store ran out? Your store should be well stocked at all times! Ordered 2 Acai peanut butter bowls. Been waiting for over 25 mins, and 5 people after me got their order!!! Not cool that you went out of order.

Tis the season for Christmas and cheer and laughs all about but who could forget our favorite smoothie place name Jamba Juice no doubt. Thankfully Isaiah was there again today! He is an outstanding individual, he keeps a smile on his face no matter what time of day it is! He got me order quick and fast even with a line and working by himself! Here is a young man who is dedicated to his Job. Who knows where he will be at in the next couple years. Btw I ordered a strawberry dreamin’ because I was looking for a drink that tasted like a strawberry milkshake and he had just the right choice! I commend you Isaiah! I hope you can get your own store, but make sure you let me know where you are going! We need more people like you in the food industry! GO JAMBA!

I normally come here and have nothing to complain about but I just left here and am very disappointed in my drink I got the large pb moo’d and it’s not thick at all it’s more like nesquick than a 6 dollar Jamba Juice next time I should just make it myself

I went back this weekend bcZ I love JJ and my peach pleasure was awesome and Kids drinks good too!

I ordered the the Orange Dream in two cups. The taste was good but the consistency was a bit too watered down. Could’ve been thicker as typical at some other jamba juice’s I visit.
As typical sometimes though, the person making it didn’t notice the two cups on order and puts it in one. This time though the girl puts it in regular size cup, the other worker tells her two cups so she starts pouring it from the original cup it into another cup. The other worker then tells her that cup will be two big to split so the girl then proceeds to pour yet into the smaller cups. I figure I lost some jamba juice along the way on its journey.
Service was good overall and everyone was friendly.
Parking is plenty ample but depends on how crowded Costco is.
Although good tasting, lose star each for the journey from cup to help and then for the consistency of the drink.
I would still go back to this place, since closest nearby, and perhaps would luck out on a better made drink next time.

I’ve been to plenty of other Jamba Juice shops but this one simply does not compare with the reliability and quality of the rest. Straight up, HR needs to give their employees a little more training and discipline because they don’t seem to know how to make smoothies properly (I mean all you gotta do is put shit in a blender and press some doo-​dads and button-​switches to make ‘er work!).
My first time here I ordered a green tea smoothie, only to find that there was a fly at the top of my drink, clearly seen under the lid. I trekked back from my car in the parking lot, back into their little cramped shop, and addressed the problem.
They apologized and with decent service they decided to upsize my drink when they remade it.
¹⁰⁄₁₀ for that experience.
However, a couple weeks after, our club at school decided to run a fundraiser with this particular Jamba shop. To everyone’s surprise, they decided to flake on the scheduled date and time for when to bring the Jamba product, and when we called them (which by the way, took 20 minutes because their phone line was busy), only to find that they had some «huge corporate meeting» that they didn’t even tell us about?
What kind of shit management is this, Jamba?!
Anyways, a couple more weeks after that, I was craving some Jamba and this was the closest location so… why not.
I ordered an Acai Antioxidant Power smoothie. Medium size.
Dear God please have mercy on these poor workers!
The «antioxidant» shit they claim to put in the smoothie didn’t have to be so visually explicit in my drink! Literally, when I got to the bottom of the cup, there was a bunch of brown shit that tasted of cardboard and wasn’t properly blended into the drink itself.
Second of all, this «acai» smoothie tasted nothing like the one I ordered from another Jamba location days ago!
Consistency is key, Jamba. I hope you learn and improve upon these mistakes because I really love the drinks, but your service sucks!
I’ll be going for a 7-​day juice cleanse from my local juice bar, if you need me, I’ll be busy getting better customer service.

The staff is friendly & I absolutely love jamba juice as a whole!
I will have to say though I was a bit disappointed the way my drink was made as I asked for it to be extra thick… normally most locations do a wonderful job of making sure the thickness of my drink.
They always show that it won’t fall out of the blender because of how thick it is but my smoothie was more like juice.
So for that reason it gives my 3 star review as to the staff & cleanliness it was very good.

3 stars because my smoothie was on point. Caribbean Passion for the win, every time.
Otherwise this place deserves 1 star for being clean.
Service was horrible. I walked in yesterday morning around 11am. Two people were working. Neither greeted me or made eye contact. There were a few people waiting for their smoothies ahead of me and no one else in the store. I stood at the register for 5 minutes before the guy asked me to place my order. No hellos were exchanged.
Customer service is everything and this place lacks it entirely.

I love this location! Not only is it next to Costco, but I have my options of different cuisines to choose from as well. (but yo… it’s Costco, so like… free samples and sippin’ on some Jamba. #win) Not once have they disappointed me. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a friendly hello and small talk. Also, not that I’m THAT lazy or anything, but I like how they walk the drink over to you sometimes. It adds to their customer service appeal. The service is usually fast, even with promotions such as BOGO. From smoothies to pressed juice and ginger shots, they’ve never failed me and I promise you’ll think this location is the best! I love you Cypress location, never leave! (…unless you’re moving closer to me then, please do!) Trainers… Ya’ll are doin’ it right. Keep up the good work guys!

I always come to this location to get my Jamba Juice since its closest to my house. Love their smoothies! My favorite smoothie would be Razzmatazz! The workers are friendly and the service is quick.

Aside from Jamba Juice being one of my favorite smoothie places of all time, the customer service was incredible. Incredibly nice and helpful with my order.

Walked in after our sushi extravaganza at Fuji Sushi and got a Mango-​a-​go-​go (formerly known as Mango Mania) I haven’t been to a Jamba Juice in years. So much has changed! The cups, the names, everything.
Anyways, great location. Friendly staff, clean grounds, and quick service.

We spend a lot of time at Cypress Costco. Jamba Juice shares the parking lot, which can be a blessing (lots of available parking spaces) or a curse (manic drivers fiending on scoring bargains at Costco).
Though easy to find, Jamba is dwarfed by Baja Fresh, Panda Express, Ha Sushi, and a sandwich shop, so for me it’s not memorable. I had to search Google for the closest location tho’ I pass this store all the time.
Smaller square footage than its Seal Beach and Cerritos counterparts, the shop is clean with enough room for foot traffic. They must get crowded during the summer when folks crave a refreshing cool drink. Luckily the plaza is spacious enough to accommodate folks waiting outside for their order to be filled.
Good customer service — friendly and welcoming.
Nice variety of smoothies. And I was happy to see (unlike McDonald’s) they actually use fresh fruit (banana and peaches) and fruit juice (peach). I feel like I’m getting a real meal, instead of artificial flavoring.
